“It’s my #1 place to eat at least once a week. We get crab cakes baked potato veggie every week since we started patronizing Wally’s in Jan2024. The Best of Best. They’re giving the best service in dine and the most excellent service for take out. We drive to Des Moines by passing waterfront from Puyallup each week to eat here ??Kid-friendliness: Family friendly ??“
“I can’t believe I haven’t posted a review for this place. I’ve been here a few times since 2018 yet I was only able to locate two food pix. Oh my! =) LOL!I’ve ordered the Fish and chips a few times and it is delicious. Service is great. The dining vibe is great.I need to come back and eat here soon again. I’m craving fish and chips. Haha!Vegetarian options: Salad is vegetarian“
“We've been here a few times food was always on point. Juicy burgers and crispy frys that are soft in the middle. We went on Friday and met our daughter there. She drove from Tacoma cuz we raved about this place. Ordered our food and this time our burgers were a little dry and our fries were repeat heats. Come on guys. You can do better since your repping a place that's been opened since 1967. Would of gave you five stars if the food would of been better.“
“Came here for dinner. I gave it a mid rating on atmosphere since it is in a mall. Parking was not good. Busy area. The atmosphere inside was decent. Ordered the “Award Winning Clam Chowder”. It was okay. Not what I was expecting from a chowder house. For the main course I ordered the Dungeness Crab "Un"Cakes: Lots of Crab, cake not so much, with zesty lime aioli; Voted best Crab Cake in Seattle - 2023 these were stuffed with crab. And flavor. The lime aioli complimented the crab cakes. The asparagus and potatoes were a letdown. No flavor. Didnt even taste like it was salted. They looked promising, just was lacking. For a drink they had blueberry lemonade. Never had that before. You see strawberry lemonade, never blueberry. The service was exceptional. Overall a good meal.“
“The food was delicious the dessert was tasty but the real treat was Tyler!!!He made us feel cared for, seen, loved, appreciated and respected and I’m NOT kidding!! He is the definition of a truly considerate person! I hope Dukes Seafood knows and values him BECAUSE you don’t come across people like Tyler often! ☀️Tyler if you see this review I want you to know the standards are high now. No one will ever compare to your sunshine self!!!“
“I come here regularly. Usually awesome. Best fish in the south end. However, my last visit wasn't so good. The halibut taco in the Pirates Trio, was sandy textured. Not edible. I still love the food here, but I'll never get the halibut again.“
“We stopped by while running errands for a bite of lunch. Our fish came out fast and hot just like we love it! It was a little busy as it was during the height of the lunch rush but our order came out amazingly fast.Dietary restrictions: My wife had the baked salmon as she is restricted from fried food. She said her salmon was cooked perfectly and her salad was delicious.Parking: Easy in and out for the Kent location with plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: They have coloring for the kids so those busy little hands.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking by the door.“
“Since my local Skippers has been gone for years, I thought I would make the drive to one of the few left. The food was ok, pretty much the same as it was 10+years ago, I am sad that they went back to all-you-can-eat only on Tuesday, but they had done that a long time ago, so it wasn't a surprise. But the fish is different, smaller but thicker pieces, same amount, just cut differently. The fries were pretty good, fresh and crispy. The service was phenomenal, two young men and they were VERY friendly and VERY helpful. I probably would not travel so far just to get the food again, but I might, just to enjoy the amazing customer service that is lacking in so many other places. We were there on Saturday 03/02/24 in the afternoon, steady flow of customers, but not overly busy.“
“It's ALWAYS a treat to eat fish and chips from this fish truck! They are in four different Pierce County locations Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am -- 2:00 pm Tuesday -- Milton; Wednesday -- Sterino Farms (Puyallup); Thursday -- Edgewood; and Friday in Sumner. I try to schedule appointments in Puyallup on Wednesday so I can have an excuse to swing by Sterino Farms to shop for fresh produce and eat fish & chips! There is a covered eating area at Sterino Farms. Not only is the food delicious but there is a feeling of genuine hospitality. They take the time to ask how your day is going and chat for a few seconds. I rarely spend money on drinks, but I do recommend the lemonade -- it's really, really good! Edit: there is ALWAYS a line! Wait times are long. I almost always go to the Puyallup location. I've been to Sumner once and the line was reasonable. I've yet to discover the "best time" to go.“
“The food was great! Even for a Monday night they were pretty steady with an influx of people every few mins. I got the Cajun spicy crawfish bowl (had to go with a classic to see what they are all about) and she got the lobster roll.Wow. Flavor was awesome for both and we had left overs. We will be back.“
