“Our regular Pho restaurant was closed so we decided to try Pho Mimosa. We had #29, #34, and a double order of Spring Rolls. All dishes were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. We are switching Pho restaurants to this one. This is a winner folks!“

We’ve been going here for over 10 years, and it is easily our favorite Pho place in the Seattle area. Everything is delicious! The spicy chicken wings, the spring rolls, the pho. Everything we have ever tried has been amazing.“

“The restaurant has many delicious Vietnamese dishes, true to the taste of Vietnamese people ☺️ I especially like the restaurant's spring rolls, the rolls are very pretti and delicious. I also appreciate the service of the staff, they are very friendly and moreover, their milk tea is very high, last time I tried taro boba black milk tea, this time I tried boba black sugar milk with brown sugar pearls, both were very great, its not too sweet so yea 🥰🥰 must tryyy !!!“

“I did LOVE this place as my go to place for Pho is no longer around. The very first time I ordered I asked for hoisin sauce on the side and got no hoisin sauce at all. I called and asked they said to put it in the notes that I wanted it on the side. I said okay fine. So I put it in the notes on the side the next time I ordered from this place. still got no hoisin sauce. Figured I'd give it one more try so I tried it today wrote it on the side and got no Hoisin sauce. So I called the place and explained the situation and they said that that was their bad and they misunderstood. No rectifying no nothing I hung up out of complete disappointment. I'm done trying this place now. Which super sucks.“

“Still my favorite place in Everett. The pho broth is a very close 2nd in flavor, but the portions…that’s what takes it over the top! While other Pho places charge an arm and a leg for (what I think is a medium bowl), they have their XL house combo pho. Look at the photos. Massive!
Son and I shared the XL and plenty for two servings.
Service is pretty good, but I’m more here for the food lol.

“Visited Bamboo Restaurant on a quiet Tuesday afternoon ,not crowded, which gave the place a calm, almost unhurried atmosphere. Service was quick, and the food arrived without delay.
I ordered the #14 pho large. The broth leaned toward ginger and lime, with a light oil finish and a subtle hint of cinnamon, a nod to the traditional spice base. However, it lacked the depth and cohesion you’d expect from a properly slow-simmered pho.
Typically, spices like star anise, cloves, and cinnamon should come together in a balanced, layered way , here, they felt slightly disconnected.
The noodles were thin and cooked well, though fairly neutral in flavor. The meats were a strong point , well-seasoned and prepared correctly, adding needed substance to the bowl.
I also tried the chili oil (saté), and this is where things dropped a bit. It had a heavier, more generic profile — lacking the aromatic depth and freshness you’d expect from a well-crafted blend.
It felt closer to a pre-made, store-bought oil rather than something developed in-house, which took away from the overall experience.
The atmosphere was extremely quiet no music, minimal interaction which made the space feel slightly awkward rather than inviting. Small details were also missing, like basic table spices or salt.
That said, there’s a certain honesty to this place. It has a simple, home-style feel: casual, calm, and straightforward.
At around $20 per person, it sits in a range where a bit more refinement in both flavor and experience would elevate it significantly.
A decent spot if you’re looking for something quiet and uncomplicated — but not quite there if you’re after a deeply traditional pho experience.“

“This was the best Chinese food I have ever had! Spring rolls were delicate and not greasy, dumplings were seared, fresh and came with dipping sauces. Kung Pao chicken was perfection. Also want to state that the food is not over salted, so I could taste the flavors of the ingredients. Hot and sour soup was YUM.“

“Really good food. Really good service. Pho was hot, rich and flavorful. Lots of meat and tendon. Bun had all the veggies. Pork was cooked perfectly. Only negative were carrots and radish weren’t pickled. The egg rolls were so so. The banh mi was very good. Highly recommend this place.“

“I have eaten here many times. The owner is a very nice man and remembers me when I stop by to pick up food. My favorite items are the fresh spring rolls and the chicken pho. I highly recommend this place! If you want great food in North Everett- this is the place to stop by! Also, I love the potted garden in the drive through area. It is well cared for, lush and green! A little natural haven in the middle of the city!“

“Menu has many selections to choose, there're menus for vegetarian. Great foods, generous portions & authentic tasty foods. Friendly services & great place for family gathering. Don't have to wait long for ordering food to go & no waiting time at all if calling in to order for pickup.“

“I'm not too sure about the negative reviews but the girl at the counter was very nice to me. I got a blueberry bubble tea and it was one of the best bubble teas I have ever had. I'm sure the two reviews that are negative must have happened on a day everyone was stressed out that worked in the restaurant and maybe they did get a little snippy but there's no denying that they have very good food and the girl was very sweet to me at the counter. Some of You people act like you've never had a bad day. The dude probably has people try and get four and five bowls of soup at a time on him and with the way cost have gone up on everything I'm sure he is watching the soup like a hawk. I don't blame him.. that's money out of his pocket.“
