I heard from my dad that the place that used to be Pho Hung was a new restaurant called Pho Smile. This place is newly renovated and revamped version of the place with different owners. I ordered their D4, which is their pho tai bo vien. It includes rare beef and beef meatballs. Broth was pretty good not too sweet, just the right amount of aroma.
