Good Spicy noodles pho!

I came for dinner and ordered a medium size bowl of pho which I found the portion quite big (fyi, I’m an asian visiting america for the first). The toppings were good, except for the rare beef which I found quite thick and they kind of lump together. The pho were still stiff (not fully cooked when first brought out and also lumped together, after a while they got softer). Overall, it was ok.
One of the best places to get some pho, their chicken pad Thai 10/10
