About What the Pho - Canyon Park

What the Pho - Canyon Park offers great food and amazing service. Customers praise their Pho, noting it as the best pho broth they've ever had, with fresh basil and bean sprouts. Diners enjoy a variety of menu items, including tasty Banh Mi sandwiches and vegetarian options like vegan pho (#27) with veggie broth. The restaurant is described as clean and orderly, although some find it a bit too calm and chilly, so bringing a sweatshirt is recommended. Service is lightning fast and staff members are extremely friendly, making customers feel welcome. The Thai iced tea is remade to perfection, and the Vietnamese coffee is a great addition. Fried tofu remains a favorite, and the stir-fried fire grill appetizers are also enjoyed. While the Pho is consistently praised, some diners feel that other menu items may not always meet the same high standards.

This is are favorite Pho place
the best fresh vegetables added to the soup ,today was the first time for happy hour for us

We ordered two banh mi's and a large pho to go. It came to $50 which seems excessive for what it is. The banh mi was horrible it was very dry and the vegetables that are suppose to be pickled were just plain sliced veggies. It was hard to eat. The pho was OK at best. Not bad but not much flavor. I was suggest looking elsewhere if banh mi is what you are looking for.

Our go to spot for pho in the Bothell/Kenmore area. Consistent food quality. Large menu. Good value (large portions, enough to share or have leftovers for another meal). Cleaner/more hygienic than some of the other pho restaurants in the area and easy parking. Furnishings and decor are a bit worn. Best time to go is when they're not as busy as the owner is usually the sole waiter for dine in.
