Pho Time is a spotless restaurant with a clean dining room and very friendly, kind staff. The food is delicious and of great quality, offering good value. Specific dishes praised include the pho, which has a rich broth, with the hot stone pho noted as the best in WA. The Banh mi, especially the pork banh mi, is amazing. Other recommended items are the grilled pork vermicelli bowl, the chicken katsu, the strawberry soda with strawberry boba tea, the ube foam coffee, and the strong iced Vietnamese coffee. The restaurant is highly recommended as a new go-to spot.
