“I’ve tried pho at many different restaurants, and while a lot of them were good, none of them made me want to leave a review—until today.

This place is absolutely incredible! I ordered the Large Combo Pho, and everything was perfect. The broth is rich, flavorful, and comforting. The combination of meats, noodles, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and all the fresh ingredients creates an amazing balance of flavors. You can really tell they care about quality.

I usually order a large bowl at other restaurants and still feel like I could eat more. But here, the large portion was generous and completely satisfying.

If I could give this restaurant 100 stars instead of 5, I absolutely would. This is honestly one of the best bowls of pho I’ve ever had.

“10/9/2021 Recommend? Yes. I arrived right after they open with my luggage because I was starving from my long train ride in from Whitefish, MT. The server was super nice. He got me hot tea and banh cam to settle in with. I ordered bo bia (autumn rolls), vegan pho, and roasted pork banh mi (to go). The banh cam had a thick dough and it was huge. Two of those could've been a whole meal. Everything I ordered was delicious and they were so kind! My favorite was definitely the banh mi. It was even good after I had refridgerated it. The best part was the vegan butter and vegan pate. I absolutely loved it, best vegan banh mi I've had.“

“Do yourself a favor — EAT AT LOTUS POND. (1) Carpool to Lotus Pond. The more the merrier. (2) Appetizers: You can’t lose. Everything is good. Me? I eat the Imperial Rolls. Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. “First time at Aroom Coffee and I tried the Gloomy Matcha — black sesame matcha. It was sooo good! The flavor was really good and well balanced. I honestly loved it.

The place was pretty busy when I went, but the service was still really organized and everything moved pretty quickly. I was impressed with how well they handled the crowd.

We got the crab soup, and hot and sour pho with some spring rolls.

Spring rolls are what you would expect, nothing surprising there but probably didn't need with how much they give you in these soups.

Crab soup was very rich and had a ton of meat. My girlfriend who is very particular with her soups enjoyed it. The hot sour soup was also very good. Balance between the sour flavor was perfect, and the overall amount of food was worth the money. Everything was cooked correctly and had good variety in it.

“Ramie is such a beautiful and unique Vietnamese fusion restaurant in Seattle! I really love how they take traditional Vietnamese flavors and ingredients and give them a creative, modern twist without losing the comforting flavors that make Vietnamese cuisine so special 🥰

Everything we tried was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and had such a nice balance of flavors. The atmosphere is also warm, stylish, and intimate, making it a great spot for a date night, special occasion, or even just a nice dinner with friends.

One of my favorite things about Ramie is that their menu changes with the seasons. I think that’s such a fun concept because there’s always something new to look forward to and try. Even though we had a great experience this time, I already have a reason to come back and explore more of their new seasonal dishes!

“I don't claim to be a banh mi connoisseur, but this was the best banh mi I have ever had. Totally not expected from a little stall in a grocery food court.
I've also had their shrimp fresh rolls and fried fish balls before as well which were also tasty. I'll have to try the pho next.“

Tried the Jackfruit Latte & the Iced Coco Phin Latte. Jackfruit latte was good and I enjoyed the fun flavor. Iced Coco Phin latte was just okay.

The interaction with the employee was odd. I just wanted extra ice, which I often request at cafes with no issue. They explained I ordered an 8 oz Jackfruit latte which is why it looks like “less”, which I replied respectfully that I know, I just like extra ice lol. She again told me what I ordered (I KNOW I ordered 8 oz, I get it; I wasn’t asking for more coffee) and she pointed out where the drink stopped at 8 oz line and looked at me like I had three heads. She put 3 pieces of ice, stared at me, and then finally put more. I said thank you but I don’t think she said anything back. Let a girl have some ice in the summer, dang 😅“

“We've had a number of meals here now and, Saigon Gardens has been a model consistency. The plate dishes have been very good, and their Pho-Tai has been exceptional. Not sure why some reviews complain about a flavorless broth.

Now the real test will be how good will their food be 18months from now. Common habit for some south Seattle Vietnamese restaurants is the food quality drops off about a year or two of operation.

“I loved this small place on Beacon Hill. I was visiting from Detroit and saw it as I walked from the train to where I was staying. I went in an hour before they opened without realizing it, and the friendly owner invited me to come back at lunchtime. I'm glad I did. The owner greeted me again warmly. I had veggie pho with tofu and a Vietnamese coffee, both absolutely delicious. The servers were friendly as well. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Not much atmosphere, but very friendly, satisfying food, and reasonable price. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely go back.“
