Best pho I've had in 20+yrs. Delicious broth, noodles and meats. Had the shrimp beef brisket spicy chilli peanut oil pho. Was very delicious. Crazy expensive for $19 for a large. Was visiting Seattle.

Pho Bac Restaurant offers a taste of authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the heart of Seattle. Despite some changes to the menu after a recent remodel, the restaurant continues to draw in loyal customers with its flavorful pho and welcoming atmosphere. The service is incredibly fast, with food typically served within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The staff are known for their friendly demeanor and efficient service. While some customers have noted a slight change in the broth's flavor, many still find it flavorful and well-seasoned, with generous portions of meat. The restaurant's enduring popularity and large seating area suggest that Pho Bac remains a go-to destination for those seeking a comforting and delicious pho experience in the city. Additionally, the availability of Viet coffee and large spring rolls adds to the appeal of this dining spot.
