My my my what a fantastic pho restaurant in the US. Honestly the best pho I’ve had in the US. From the moment you park your car you can smell the pho as you open the door. Soup was aromatic, good amount of fresh basil and bean sprouts. Downside to their dish is standard US quality rice noodles which has a terrible taste in general. Food hit the spot, still a staple for 30+ years of consistency. Service was slow with a 90% full dining area. My table was not fully cleaned before I was seated. Location recently reopened after long remodel. Remodel was worth the wait. Clean white open space. Matching furnishings, settings and decor are streamlined. I love “cafeteria” style restaurants and they are so scarce in the US. The pho was incredible. Rich flavors in a delicious broth, make sure to ask for the chili sauce if you want a little kick.
