Every time I come back to seattle, I must get their banh hoi thap cam, so yummy. Love the combo of grilled, pork, shrimp cake, nem nuong that comes with it, and at an affordable price for these days.
We chose to try this restaurant specifically because they had Bun Bo Hue and Bun Rieu on their menu. The Banh Beo was an extra treat for us.Both broths were good but not extraordinary. The Bun Bo Hue needed more chilli shrimp paste. You unfortunately could taste the freezer burn of the fried tofu in the Bun Rieu.
