Really great food, I’d never had “unstuffed dumplings” in little bowls (banh beo chen) before, it’s my new favorite. The grilled pork was also excellent.
I seek out places that serve mì Quảng, and Hương Bình is definitely top 2 in Seattle. Super close to what I remember from my childhood in Saigon.

This place is my favorite place to have banh hoi. The combo is the best, you get the poker skewer, meatball skewer, shrimp and shrimp paste (chao tom). Obvi, Jackson street is notorious for the homelessness and travel at your own risk. Bring a friend!! Have protection on you, the food is worth it!!
