Wow new favorite Viet restaurant in the ID. Cozy hole in the wall. Nothing fancy just really good southern style food. We got the banh bot loc, banh hoi, and mi quang. All super tasty! Definitely coming back!
Really great food, I’d never had “unstuffed dumplings” in little bowls (banh beo chen) before, it’s my new favorite. The grilled pork was also excellent.
I seek out places that serve mì Quảng, and Hương Bình is definitely top 2 in Seattle. Super close to what I remember from my childhood in Saigon.
