“This was the best Chinese food I have ever had! Spring rolls were delicate and not greasy, dumplings were seared, fresh and came with dipping sauces. Kung Pao chicken was perfection. Also want to state that the food is not over salted, so I could taste the flavors of the ingredients. Hot and sour soup was YUM.“

“Our regular Pho restaurant was closed so we decided to try Pho Mimosa. We had #29, #34, and a double order of Spring Rolls. All dishes were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Fresh ingredients and just the right amount of seasoning. We are switching Pho restaurants to this one. This is a winner folks!“

“The food was delicious and authentic. Restaurant is clean and well maintained (including the bathrooms). Service was a bit slow, not sure if it was because we showed up off peak hours (around 1:00 in the afternoon) where they were not fully staffed. Will be back again.“
