“This is a family favorite of ours! We have gotten many different combinations of food here. I love their fried California roll so much! Really everything we have gotten here is amazing. Excellent fried rice, tempura, orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, tonkatsu ramen, yakisoba, shrimp. Love the goyoza!! The bento box option are great. Delicious sushi options, rolled up right in front of you. Thank you guys for your kindness and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this place!“

“The Uber driver was lousy! Didn't let us know they came, and left our pizzas on the porch to get cold. Before we knew they had been delivered, we called the store and they immediately apologized and more than compensated for the screwup by the driver. We got two hot pizzas and some other things. Great business!“

“Food is always Good. Service has been trending down lately. But if you get one of the last OG bar tenders youll be good. But $2 for a small ranch cup is crazy. I spent more money on ranch for a pizza than i did for my beer. Im ok with paying an extra buck for ranch or something but $2 a piece is crazy work. At least fill them to the brim.“

“I had a great experience at Ixtapa Restaurant. The food was flavorful and fresh, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. The drinks are big and strong, which was definitely a plus. However, I was disappointed that the fresh lime advertised was nowhere to be found—the drinks could have really benefited from it.

The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice place for a casual meal with family or friends. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would come back to try more of the menu. Just hoping they bring back the fresh lime!“

“Great experience. Walked in to a half full restaurant but it didn't effect the level of service. The lady running around was on point and multitasking. She did really good checked on us a few times before we got food even. The chicken philly special, beast burger, regular burger & the chicken and waffles were really good we would definitely order them again. You could smell the waffle before it even came out of the kitchen and the chicken was crispy and juicy when I cut into it. Onion rings were good and crispy too. We will definitely be back if we're in the area.“

“The food was delicious and authentic. Restaurant is clean and well maintained (including the bathrooms). Service was a bit slow, not sure if it was because we showed up off peak hours (around 1:00 in the afternoon) where they were not fully staffed. Will be back again.“

“Fantastic burger! Small, family owned, hole-in-the-wall style place. They have kids meal options as well and my kids loved the nuggets. The portions are fairly large. Huge amount of thick, crinkle-cut fries. And milkshakes so thick you need to wait a bit before having it. I will be back again soon to try another of the many burger options.“

“This was the best Chinese food I have ever had! Spring rolls were delicate and not greasy, dumplings were seared, fresh and came with dipping sauces. Kung Pao chicken was perfection. Also want to state that the food is not over salted, so I could taste the flavors of the ingredients. Hot and sour soup was YUM.“

“My husband loves this place. We’ve been coming here for a few years and doing take out. The portions are great, and the food is tasty. Bonus points because tonight we ordered a chicken teriyaki for my daughter and they pre cut the chicken into small bites for her. Thoughtful and great customer service.“

“Had a great experience here and really enjoyed the food. Conveniently located coming out of the mountains when hungry for good portions and whole food cooked fresh, fast. Loved the bowl size collecting the ingredients before the grill, the chef did a great job and cooked our food perfect 👌. Our Server was fun to speak with and had great service I’d say. Sauce selection has good variety and fun flavors, tip when cooking, just make sure to add extra oil like anything with high heat before the grill to make sure the noodles are moist. Meat shrinks a bit too naturally so add some extra for the proportion to noodles! The rice was a nice addition too at the end. We have HuHots back home and we enjoyed Hot Iron a little more for these reasons. We’d definitely come back on another hiking trip.“

“I recommend everything. The place has a very diverse and excellent menu of many different kinds of Asian foods, including Sushi that is made fresh and set out every hours. The food is an extremely good value for the price. I have been eating there for all of the 9 years they have been open and will continue to frequent this great place, run by a very very nice family.“
