Phở Ba Reviews
This was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.
We ordered the fresh summer rolls, fried spring rolls, special combination pho, fresh lemonade, and coconut water. Every single item was outstanding, but the pho was the star. The broth was rich, flavorful, and tasted like it had been simmering for hours. Everything was incredibly fresh.

The pho here is on point... Good amount of meats, noodles were cooked just right (chewy and held well with the broth). Deeply rich broth and no detection of MSG. Portion is decent and price point is very good. Definitely ordered the beef ribs... Succulent and cut perfectly to chew on. Service was very slow... Lunch time and only one wait staff. So, plates, bowls were left on the tables for a long period of time...
They always do it right. Banh mi for under $10 means a cheap lunch is still possible. I get down with their tofu one and it's great. The pho is great, but i really like their vermicelli bowls personally. Staff is friendly and reasonably price sit down spot.

Phở Ba is a highly regarded Vietnamese restaurant in Seattle, known for its exceptional pho and fresh rolls. The pho broth is praised for its rich, flavorful taste, and the noodles and meat are cooked to perfection. Customers describe the pho as the most homey and flavorful they've found, comparing it to their own mother's cooking. The portions are generous, and the prices are more than reasonable. The vegetarian pho is also highly praised for its robust flavor.
While the restaurant may have an unassuming exterior, it is clean and well-maintained, offering a great value for the quality of the food. The staff is noted for their friendly and welcoming demeanor, creating a pleasant dining experience. The vermicelli noodles are a standout dish, and the sweet owner adds to the charm of this true mom-and-pop shop. Many customers highly recommend the shrimp pho, with one guest saying it was a perfect 10/10. Overall, Phở Ba is a hidden gem that is a must-visit for Vietnamese food enthusiasts, even if the location may seem a bit dodgy at first.
