Quick and attentive service, even on a Friday night. A favorite of many generations of my family. Huge selection of Chinese classics, prepared with all the perfection my family demands- dim sum, congee, lamb, fish, hot pot, noodles, fried rice- they have it all. Huge portions, and far and away my least expensive meal in Seattle! Best to pay with cash here as a result.
My fav dim sum spot in Seattle used to be harbor city but that changed coming to jade garden after years and years . Jade garden has the best dim sum in Seattle HANDS DOWN. Price is right, portions are big, and everything is so flavorful. If you are white or have white wash taste bud then don’t come here. Def. Don’t come here if you just season your food with salt and pepper either cus everything you’ll get here is like having a orgasm in your mouth.

The service here was incredible. I honestly couldn’t believe it. My wife and I each ordered a bowl of wonton soup. The server was nice enough to tell us one bowl was enough for two. Also when the guy came out with the wonton soup he was nice enough to spoon some out into a separate bowl for each one of us. I love the people there!
