We've had a number of meals here now and, Saigon Gardens has been a model consistency. The plate dishes have been very good, and their Pho-Tai has been exceptional. Not sure why some reviews complain about a flavorless broth.
Now the real test will be how good will their food be 18months from now. Common habit for some south Seattle Vietnamese restaurants is the food quality drops off about a year or two of operation.

Wow! My new favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Not very many restaurants serve Bun Rieu, but this place does! My husband got Bun Thit Nuong and it was a huge, delicious service. I also got an avocado shake. Awesome service too because, without even asking, the server brought me some extra spicy hot sauce. Can't wait to go back!
My favorite vietnamese restaurant. I always crave their pho broth and the rice dishes are superior. I’ve tried many of their dishes and everything tastes authentic, balanced and delicious. Bright atmosphere also.
