The restaurant also offers tea drinks, Vietnamese coffee, drink flights, and a bananafoam matcha latte, with the coffee described as easily the best in Everett. The bananafoam matcha latte was a favorite of a flight. The food is delicious, light, fresh, and never too heavy, with rich proteins and incredible sauces. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and lovely. The staff are friendly, polite, engaging, and sweet, and they were happy to seat guests right before closing time and assured them there was no hurry. The menu has great quality pictures for every dish. Breakfast is available on the weekends with a delicious elevated coffee menu. Takeout packaging keeps the noodles, meat, other items, and broth in their own containers. Highly recommended.
