“We ended up going up to the Lake Forest Park cafe for Mother's Day, but didn't have reservations for it. So we were going to go back to the car and try and find another place but when we passed by the borough I suggested let's go in and see what they have on menu. It was fortunately one of the best decisions that we did because their food was great, their coffee was great - everything about the location was great and we didn't have a bad mother's Day brunch!

I have gone back on several occasions to work and just hang out up there. It's a really cool place and they have a lot of cool events that they run throughout the week. I'm planning to stop by for board game night soon.”

“We come here pretty frequently (every couple months). Have ordered in restaurant to-go as well as online to-go. Pies are always correct. Staff are friendly. Parking right out front can be challenging since it's a shared lot, but overall there are many spots.”

“For the price, I thought it was excellent! Really enjoyed the egg and tomato noodle blow… lots of yummy flavor and texture. The beef and broccoli bowl was surprisingly good. Expected just regular frozen fried beef but it was marinated slow cooked flank… like a real tender kalbi. Very impressed!”

You can ask for samples before you commit. You can mix 2 favors in a small cup and upto 3 different flavors in a large cup. The special favors I posted here are Fifa world cup specials. :)”

The family is so lovely and we love that they’re kid friendly. The meat and three is a great value for the amount of food and easily feeds two adults and a toddler. Cannot recommend Zax enough.”
