Her name is Christina and she took the time to look us in the eyes and connect with my granddaughter and I and explain the options as this was her first experience at this restaurant. It's rare to run into people this genuinely kind. I hope the owners know what an absolute gem of an employee they have. The restaurant was emaculately clean, in fact I've never seen another this clean and she made the perfect sandwich. I will most definitely be returning with my granddaughter in the near future. “I have been enjoying these sandwiches since they opened, but haven't gotten around to writing a review. Fortuna is aligned with everything I look for in a sandwich: simple and delicious ingredients that don't spill out the sides while you eat it. Sounds easy but sometimes feels impossible to find. I'm glad to live so close to a sandwich shop that has the vision. Also everyone who works here is so nice and accommodating. That attitude is contagious! Every time I eat there, the patrons and all their dogs seem to be in a great mood which definitely adds to the experience.“

“It has been 20 years since I had eaten at this restaurant and I still had that memory of the firecracker on my tongue. When I found it today in the same place after all these years I couldn't resist I had to get the same sandwich.
The sandwich does not disappoint it's fantastic just like I remember it. Those in the no note to wear gloves before you even attempt to eat the sandwich. It's delicious but it's messy and that's fine. The one thing I will note is that back in the day the barbecue sauce is thinner than it was. It's no less delicious but I wouldn't mind if it got thickened up. The food is out of this world the store is busy all the time. It's worth the wait. Which is typically less than six minutes.“

“The steak was phenomenal! Cooked perfectly and a great portion. The chimichuri sauce was amazing as was the mushroom my friend ordered. I want another steak right now. It was that good. My only complaint is the fries ended up being a little mushy after the au jus from the steak and sauce had been marinating in top. Highly recommended everyone try this place. The other reviews made me aware that it’s counter service and you need to order at the bar/kitchen. Easy peasy.“

“I ordered a homerun ham and received the regular one.I Got overcharged! The new way they have it set up you can't see what or how much they are putting on. I ordered the Italian herb and cheese bread she gave me the plain. Couldn't get the order right. Terrible service

“This Subway location is the most clean and good maintained from all Subways I ever entered!I don’t remember when I ate last time a Subway sandwich, I have all the time an issue with the first impression, so when entering a restaurant look at its cleanliness, I entered so many times in so many Subway locations, but all the time disappointed and leave without ordering, I couldn’t tell what triggered me, but always had a bad impression, but today was different, the host was friendly and even the place was so crowded, she had time to greet everyone, people were enjoying their sandwiches, the atmosphere was nice and I just wanted to order a perfect Tuna Sandwich for me and a Ham Sandwich for my son!All vegetables were fresh and I just enjoyed my sandwich!Highly recommend this location!Enjoy!“
