LASA Sandwiches & Pearls is a casual restaurant that serves creative Filipino-inspired dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed, with counter service and self-selected seating. The menu offers a variety of unique options, including sandwiches and snacks. The Lechon Kawali Roll is a standout, featuring four GINORMOUS cuts of crispy pork belly that is sooo good. It has a sweet glaze on it, and under that mountain of meat is bread, so it's still technically a sandwich lol. The skin was left on so it was super crispy but the meat was tender and juicy. The Fili-Bisteak is an amazing sandwich, with tender beef, sautéed peppers and onions and soft, fresh bread. The roast beef sandwich was a 10/10, with some of the most TENDER meat and perfectly balanced flavors. The sweet and spicy with the richness of the beef was perfection. The food is fantastic. The crispy chicken sandwich, including the fried chicken adobo sandwich, and sisig fries were big portions and absolutely delicious. The purple paradise bubble tea is highly recommended, with many saying it is the best they have ever had. The staff is cheery, friendly, and provides quick service. The bathrooms are located outside the restaurant, accessible through a hallway-like area.
