If you’re looking for high-quality nigiri without the Seattle hype, this spot in Edmonds is the perfect choice! You can grab fresh maguro, chutoro, and otoro at an honest price, plus their warabi mochi is absolutely delicious. The variety of their nigiri menu is impressive, and parking is easy on weekdays 🍣🍱 they also have happy hour menu that is worthwhile. Definitely coming back.

Customers have recently highlighted the Omakase menu with Chef Nakano, who made excellent selections for both sashimi and nigiri, including smoked Bonito, Yellow Tail, Fatty Tuna, Amberjack, Mackerel, Scallop, Sweet Shrimp, and Wild Sockeye Salmon. The Sankai roll featuring shrimp tempura, asparagus, avocado, crab, scallop, fish roe, and Japanese mayo was a favorite. Customers also enjoyed the variety of sushi and rolls, as well as the gyoza.
