If you’re looking for high-quality nigiri without the Seattle hype, this spot in Edmonds is the perfect choice! You can grab fresh maguro, chutoro, and otoro at an honest price, plus their warabi mochi is absolutely delicious. The variety of their nigiri menu is impressive, and parking is easy on weekdays 🍣🍱 they also have happy hour menu that is worthwhile. Definitely coming back.
Absolutely incredible fresh fish and attentive service from all the staff! They treated us so well here, as if we were the only customers. I suggest you try many of the items offered, but some of my favorites were the octopus, eel, and Happy Hour sashimi! The Dassai 45 is a must, if you’re a sake lover! It pairs well with all the fresh fish! This place was great for date night and we can’t wait to do it again!

My wife is Japanese and I lived in Japan for decades. We both think this is place is the closest in the region to what you experience in Japan. The service is also excellent.
It is on the expensive side. But, I think it is definitely worth it. Also, there is a happy hour menu that's considerably cheaper.
