I was surprised at the amount of fries I received with my order. I had expected a skimpy serving and ordered extra fries. Big mistake. lol Don't know why Seafood is so expensive, but enjoyed my meal, very much.
Tried and true and consistently fresh and delicious - and I've thought so for FIFTY years since my first experience on Seattle's waterfront at Ivar's original location after we moved here from North Dakota - here's to another fifty - ok, I'll be happy with how ever many more years I'll live and I'll enjoy Ivar's Seafood Bars often!

The Ivar's clam chowder that is mass produced and sold in places like Costco or even at the Ferry does not compare to the one that you get from Ivar's Seafood Bar. Another highlight that me and my wife love is the grilled Halibut with salad. We keep coming back.
