I was craving fish & chips. So I drove to Edmonds Ivars & ordered the Ivars 3 piece fish & chips left a 15 percent tip. What a rip off, I was surprised w/ 3 tiny pcs. of fish & abundant fries! To top it off when I bit into the fish it was not cooked all the way through-3 tiny pieces! I thought Ivar would be rolling in his grave to know his restaurant puts out such a meal! I will never return! I thought about going back & showing what a disappointment the meal was, or ask for my money back, but chose to review instead! Too bad for them! Couldn't get it right, just another fast food place serving a crappy meal!

The Ivar's clam chowder that is mass produced and sold in places like Costco or even at the Ferry does not compare to the one that you get from Ivar's Seafood Bar. Another highlight that me and my wife love is the grilled Halibut with salad. We keep coming back.

I was surprised at the amount of fries I received with my order. I had expected a skimpy serving and ordered extra fries. Big mistake. lol Don't know why Seafood is so expensive, but enjoyed my meal, very much.

Quick easy place to eat and safe if you're having a busy day and just need a quick bite to eat.
The size of the fish portions are getting ridiculously small. I love the cod but it's so small now, especially for the price.
