“The weekend brunch menu was exciting. Everything on the menu looked fun and tasty. The service was kind and the atmosphere was welcoming to babies. It was the best place for old friends to get together and eat good food. I tried everyone's dishes and could have easily ordered anything and still would've liked it! I love this place and will return.“
“Awesome. I love supporting local family businesses and they were wonderful!I had the Karos pizza and their Italian sausage was on par with the best I've ever had.I tried to order pizza from a new hipster joint down the street and they couldn't be bothered to answer their phone, so I went here and it was fantastic! Super nice family Mom-and-Pop place. Can't wait to go back and see what else they can do.(Note to restaurant hipster wannabes: Answer your damn phone. Don't act like the DMV. I'm not going to set up an account on my computer to order a freaking pizza.)Parking: Easy access for the disabled.“
“My family and I had a wonderful experience for dinner. The service was amazing, the food came out at a timely manner, It all tasted amazing! I can’t wait to come back in the summer and sit outside!Dietary restrictions: They have an amazing gluten free menu!“
“Fav Sunday night takeout! Pls note this is more of a take-out spot, hidden gem. We love their pizza and their pasta, with a good variety to fit everyone. Fresh, quick and they care about making it well.Love supporting local businesses, especially this sweet spot.Vegetarian options: Plenty of options for both meat lovers and vegetarians!“
“Last night we held a school event near Romeo's and ordered food from them to serve our school families. The manager was very helpful and was flexible in accommodating my last minute order. They accommodated our varying dietary restrictions as well. The food was delicious and delivered to our event on time and in a professional and friendly manner. Our guests enjoyed their pizza and salad very much. We had a very successful event and have Romeo's to thank for it.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated our dairy free guest with a suggested entree that was delicious.“
“Came here for a nice dinner, and it did not disappoint! I’m a sucker for caprese salad, and this one hit the spot. The carbonara pasta was also really delicious, came with lots of parmesan, which I didn’t mind because I love cheese. Will definitely be coming back to try the different dishes!“
“The filet and the Caesar are among the best I’ve had at any price point. Family owned, exceptional service. Delicious, old school carbonara. Very reasonable prices.Vegetarian options: Gnocchi Al Sugo, house salad and a couple great pesto options.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pasta option.Parking: Free parking next to Machiavelli inn b of a lot during dinner hour and weekends.“
“The food and setting are good, but not exceptional. I’m happy I tried Autumn, but there is a reason no one talks about it. For the price point, I would expect to be wowed a little more. Certainly nothing wrong with our dishes, but in a city with great food, there are other places that offer more nuance. Also, the open concept kitchen could do with some thoughtful design improvements, the bright lights, white wall and open door into the prep area are a bit jarring and take away from what could be a cozy space.“
“best Italian i’ve had in Seattle! my husband and i have been here a handful of times and also recommend it to friends visiting! the staff has always been friendly and food is always so good! the bolognese is a favorite for a reason! i also don’t drink so the mocktails are my go too and they’re always good!“
“We had the triple hor'deoure for a starter. Taste was unique and wonderful. I had the moussaka as my main. It was unlike any I've had before. Took half home and enjoyed it as much the next day. I finished with their baklava. Once again, it was unique, very moist - a great way to end the dinner.“
“Some of the most generous, friendly, attentive service in Seattle. We visited on a whim on a Tuesday evening, and we were the only guests during our time there. There was a server whose shift ended shortly after taking our orders, so it was just us and the owner/chef afterward. Really felt more like we had been invited into a family home to eat.The food is pretty good, very homey. Gigantic portions.Salmon penne - it could have used more vegetables, basil, and salt (or maybe just less pasta). The owner suggested adding more stuff at home to the leftovers, which I did, and it was great!Chicken marsala - can't go wrong with a cream, mushroom, and white wine sauce. Very good, and well seasoned. The menu and interior do feel a bit dated as others have said, but it didn't bother us. But I really think the specials menu should include prices.“
“It was amazing!! My first time in Seattle and I visited Nolita, what a nice surprise. Food is amazing, products are fresh and good quality, portions are BIG, taste is great I really felt in Italy, wine is so good! But the attention is the best, everyone was so gentle and kind, I could practice my Italian with the owners and they gave me a rose at the end, was a lovely lovely place.“
“If you go to Seattle , this place is a must. The food is delicious, they have a little space with music, very private to eat, and the service, awesome, they are very attentive.Don’t hesitate to come here, is just a great place to visit. Here a Colombian family visiting Seattle .Thanks for everything!!“
“My brain struggled at first to grasp what I was looking at, as the pies served here don’t look like my conventional idea of pizza (growing up in WA) But trust me, just bite into it. I got the Sweet Pete on the menu. That candied bacon is beautiful, the quality of the sausage, the little kick of spicy, it’s amazing. And the tomato sauce has a very light, not overpowering taste. I was worried because it looks like a lot of sauce, but, again, just bite into it. it works and it works wonderfully. Crust nice and fluffy, cooked perfectly, and has that nice charred look on the outside“
“I was only surprised they were not busier. We had a great time and the pizza seemed authentic based on my most recent trip to Italy and tasted delish. Didn’t like what was on the TVs but really who cares when the food, service and company are great! They should make the TVs play something Italian for ambiance… anyway, it was great!“
“Over the course of about three years my wife and I have had many meals and all were great. First couple we had pasta dishes then we ordered pizza delivery about three times and most recently dined in for pizza. The space is really cozy the staff is kind and personable which I love and food is great. Gem of a place! Love it!“
“Been eating at Avanti’s since I was like 5 years old and I’m 25 now. No matter what you get there it is always amazing, especially the pizza, baked spaghetti, and salad with homemade Italian dressing. One of my favorite restaurants! Keep it up guys.“
“Went there on my son's recommendation to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was a perfect day for weather, pizza, and party. Extremely busy, but service was friendly and as quick as could be. Staff was first class, and food was exceptional. Not your average pizzeria. Pizza creations were made with sourdough from starter that was over a hundred years old, and the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and creative. All that and a front seat views of the ferries and passengers coming and going into the picturesque town of Kingston made it a day, not soon forgotten. We will be back soon to spend more time in town and return to Sourdough Willy's to enjoy another fantastic meal!“
“Such a great small spot! Seating is indoors and outside, so it doesn't at all feel crowded. The menu has a lot of fun pizza options and a large wine variety as well.Dietary restrictions: A great gluten-free crust!Parking: It's by a park and a small neighborhood, so parking is a little tight.“
“We'd been wanting to try Sorelli's for a while, and finally stopped in today. The lunch special was a great deal, and we even went home with leftovers. The food was delicious, fresh, and high quality. The environment was classic; I felt a wave of nostalgia as soon as I walked through the door. The service, however, is what sets Sorelli's apart. It is clear that this is a labor of love, and it shows in every interaction. We will be back again!“
“I went midweek at 2Pm. I was the only person there, service was prompt and friendly. The music and atmosphere was chill but great. I ordered the Prosciutto sandwich. The sandwich was so good, one of the best I have had in a while. If you are in the area, it is definitely a place worth going.Parking: This is a residential area so parking could be rough during a busy time.“
“Fantastic!! You've gotta try the Al Prosciutto pizza, it was outstanding! Amazing sauce, great combination of fresh ingredients, way better than expected. It was my first time trying Soprano's and I'll be back again real soon. Thank you, Nico!!“
“The woodfire pizza is amazing! They have a bar and lots of seating, indoor and outdoor! Cornuto is one of my very favorite restaurants!Kid-friendliness: There is a pizza that is a lot like a cheese pizza and a peparonni pizza (the peparonni is a little bit spicy) but I would definitely recommend this place to families.“
“Fast casual fresh pasta. Family friendly and great options for meat and veg eaters. Tried the white truffle and aglio & oglio pasta and the eggplant salad. Would get the aglio &oglio again but the truffle pasta was too rich. Ok for sharing but I'd rather try one of the tomato based sauces next time. The eggplant salad was not super flavorful so would skip. The arancini seemed to be a hit at our table as was the tiramisu. Large pours of wine. Fast, friendly and efficient service.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly pasta options but also fast service means hungry tummies can get fed quickly.“
“What a pleasant surprise! I went to the Sunday Ballard Farmer's Market to get a breakfast burrito from Los Chilangos and they weren't there so I opted instead to wait in line to grab a few slices from Vespucci and try them out not anticipating much because they were just a little pizza stand at the farmer's market (I was hungry and just needed something to eat). I took a bite and the sauce, dough, cheese, seasoning, and toppings just became this crunchy gooey conglomeration of yumminess and I knew right there and then I had to come back! Thank you Vespucci for making my day! Can't wait to get another couple slices if not a whole pie next time!“
“Haven't had Spiro's in a couple of decades. The sauce was applied a little lightly, but flavorful. Good crisp crust. Ample cheese and plentiful toppings. The blue cheese dressing is house made and delicious. No bitter taste at all. Very creamy and perfectly seasoned. The pepperoni sandwich was outstanding.Parking: Lots of free surface parking to the west and south.“
“Mamma Melina Ristorante | Seattle @mammamelinaNestled in a charming corner, Mamma Melina Ristorante in Seattle welcomes guests with its cozy ambiance and surprisingly spacious interior. The restaurant’s cool decor, including paintings on the roof in the bar area, adds a touch of character to the dining experience.Mamma Melina maintains a relaxed vibe without feeling overwhelming. As we settled into our seats, we were greeted with delicious bread, setting a promising tone for the meal ahead. We opted for the Mushroom Truffle Pizza and Chicken Risotto from the menu. The Mushroom Truffle Pizza offered a delightful fusion of flavors, with the truffle adding a distinct and enjoyable taste. Meanwhile, the Chicken Risotto provided a comforting and satisfying dining experience, highlighting the kitchen’s adeptness in preparing tender and flavorful chicken. For dessert we ordered the delicious molten lava cake with ice cream that came with raspberry and chocolate sauce, it was delicious! We devoured it! They have some great options on the menu and can’t wait to try some more.Overall, Mamma Melina Ristorante offers a good dining experience with tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere.“
“The food is great. Sit near the fireplace, have a glass of wine. Small plates, large place, share or dont.... unwind and relax. Bring a group, sit outside... they have heaters.Kid-friendliness: They made my kid a cheese pizza, which is not on the menu, but it was 100% not an issue.“
“Wow! An unassuming place from the outside, but a magical food haven inside. I ate everything and did not let a single drop go to waste. We were greeted with amazing staff all around the entire evening and seated by Salvatore himself.Food started with bread that came with olive oil and parmesan; it was soft delicious bread with a crust that wasn't so hard it hurt, with authentic and outstanding olive oil, and parmesan cheese (hard to go wrong with cheese). Also a special appetizer of garlic butter mushrooms; they came warm and I put some on top of the olive oil bread for a stellar flavor outcome. Then a starter salad. I ordered the Verde, it default comes with Italian dressing. I ordered it as listed on menu, while lamenting to myself internally that it wasn't balsamic. My salad came and miraculously happened to have balsamic on it! It was literally the "mistake" I was dreaming of (hahaha) so I joked to my dining partner that even their mistakes were beyond my wildest dream of delicious. I didn't bother to say anything to the staff because it was a beyond pleasant surprise.Main course was a Chianti wine and the special of wild boar with spinach pasta. The wine was nice and medium to mid-full bodied, a good compliment for wild game like boar. The boar and spinach pasta... absolutely could not have been better. The meat was flavorful, delicious (not gamey at all), and fall-apart tender. The noodles were perfectly al dente (a minor spot was less cooked from noodles sticking together but this is not a "real" complaint because it means the pasta is fresher) and soaked in the most beautifully complex sauce that had the perfect note of rosemary.Desert was tiramisu. Not the US kind... less cream, semi-bitter chocolate sprinkled on top. Someone did their homework on this tiramisu and balanced the slightly bitter chocolate note with the coffee in the soaked sponge perfectly.2 appetizers, one salad, two special entrees, a bottle of wine, and one tiramisu for ~$140 not including tip.A neighborhood gem I overlooked for far too long. Absolutely recommend.Kid-friendliness: Definitely more upscale so okay for kids but maybe not so much the best place to bring a toddler or baby.“
“Picolinos in Seattle offers a remarkable dining experience, combining delectable dishes, inviting ambience, attentive service, and reasonable prices. The diverse menu caters to various tastes, while the cozy yet vibrant atmosphere makes it ideal for family dinners or gatherings with friends. The staff's friendliness and knowledge contribute to a memorable evening, and the commitment to fresh ingredients adds authenticity. Overall, Picolinos is a highly recommended choice for those seeking an exceptional culinary experience in a welcoming setting without breaking the bank.“
“Amazing food and great service! This was our first visit here, and it's our new go-to for Italian food. Portion sizes are huge and the prices are great for what you get. Our youngest got the kid's pizza, the older one got the tortellini, hubby got the meat lover's pizza, and I got the prime rib dip. The pizza crust and sauce were fantastic, and the cheese and toppings generous. The rib dip was delicious, beef was cooked medium, lots of cheese, and the bread nice and crusty. The server was friendly with a great sense of humor.Kid-friendliness: Great place for families. Kid's menu.“
“This is a little cozy restaurant but checks all the boxes. We ordered 2 Antipesto Calzones. They were the best I’ve had in years. The flavor was perfect, stuffed with veggies and the crust was tasty and soft. I’m so glad we have leftovers for dinner tomorrow.“
“One of the best restaurants around! I've been a regular for years. The Santorini is my favorite pizza: I like to add jalapenos, pineapple, and feta cheese as well. The pastas are fantastic: my favorites are spaghetti with meatballs, fettuccine, and tortellini. The atmosphere is perfect for relaxing with friends or family. I would recommend it to anyone for a great dining experience!“
“Everyone was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Everything we tried was delicious- martini, smoked fish mouse, liver pate, clams, salad, panna cotta. The space truly reminds me of Paris. It doesn't look like anything else in Seattle. I will say, since it's so small inside, the tables are sort of close together and it was a little loud. Will go back anyways! Food is more like heavy snacking. Hard to get a full dinner unless you order almost all items.“
“Pleasantly surprised! It’s been years (decades) since I’ve wandered about 6th Ave and wow has it changed (in a good way)! We made our way here at the end of the night for some pizza and brews. Fun vibe and bartenders were friendly! We are vegetarians who miss the flavor of meat and we’ve learned not every pizza place can make a flavorful vegetarian pizza… Half Pint Pizza Pub can! The cheese was melted the right amount, the crust was the right amount of crunchy yet soft, and the sauce and flavors were on point! It was the perfect way to end our date night out!“
“We love this local gem! The pizza & burgers are SO good and my new favorite thing is how seriously they took my son’s list of food intolerances. It’s hard for us to eat out with him, and they helped us feel safe & supported. We will definitely be back again soon! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“
“We were the only customers when we arrived at 4:30 and there were only two other people dining when we left, yet they sat us literally right next to the bathroom door. It smelled a bit and I asked to move to the open table next to us, which they accommodated after 10minutes. The two other people who were dining there got seats near the front of the restaurant so not sure why the difference. Food was good but pricey“
“I went here yesterday and it was my first time ever eating pagliacci pizza. It was the best pizza I have ever had and the customer service at this location was great. The lady working named Laney was so nice :) Great customer service and good food I can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“
“Was craving buffalo wings and decided to give this spot a try. Overall very pleased with my experience and the wings are solid! I typically only like blue cheese when I have buffalo wings, and they have great blue cheese, nice and chunky?. They don't specialize in wings, so they only have 3 flavors of sauce...keep that in mind. They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me...oh customer service is great too!“
“I do fish and chips everywhere. This was 3pc w extra tarter. Mm-mm good smell, excellent tarter and the shoestring fries were perfect. The panco Batter was crispy and the fish was thin cut yet firm enough to dip, in a word: EXCELLENT. The Cole slaw or cold slaw was spectacularly delicious with an unusual hint of sesame, a real treat. Prices were commensurate with the high quality.“
“We've enjoyed Veraci since they just would bring their oven on a trailer to local farmer's markets. The flavors are fantastic and driven by high quality ingredients. The sauce is delightful...make sure your pizza has red sauce, or you're missing out. I've only encountered friendly folks working at Veraci. It's a great neighborhood pizza and, in my estimation, one of the best in Seattle.Parking: Small lot. Free street parking nearby.“
“We got takeout from Brunella when staying in Seattle for the evening. The penne vodka was delicious, the caesar salad was ridiculously small and the ravioli although good was a little overpriced at $36. I would like to dine in next time and study the menu more! If you are in the area I believe it’s worth trying out!Cant really comment on the atmosphere as we were in and out but the server on the phone was very polite and friendly!“
“It had been many years since my last visit to Acropolis Pizza and Pasta. Don't know why I waited so long. It won't be that long before I return this time. The waitress was gracious and attentive. The food was excellent and a generous serving for a very reasonable price. I decided to try something different so ordered the Mediterranean Dish. No Pasta, just a good amount of shrimp simmered in onions and mushrooms with a flavorful tomato and cream sauce. Served with pita bread to soak up the wonderful sauce. Chose the side salad to complete an excellent meal. Clean and well maintained. Very inviting. Highly recommended.“
“I come here multiple times a week to get food for my wife she has stuff going on medically that there's only certain things that she can eat and thank God this place is one of them! The food here is great and it's not super expensive either the staff is awesome always very professional very polite and super friendly to kids too it's great! I highly recommend this place for pizza and pasta, the macaroni and cheese is delicious. The food always hot and fresh and if they only have a little bit of something left they have no problem whipping up some new food. It's always a great experience and if I could give more than five stars I wouldParking: It's the mall there's plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Every time I bring my daughter with me to get food the staff are always super nice and friendly and always make my daughter laugh and smile“
“Pleasant little restaurant with friendly staff. Decided on the small pizza as this is my first time here. I had the Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza, there are about 30 different types of pizza so can cater for even the most pickiest of eaters. It made a nice change to see the filling under the cheese. They also do spaghetti dishes, ravioli, fettuccine etc.“
“Stopped at Westside on a whim before catching the ferry out of Kingston. The place was packed as there was live music. The owner stopped us on our way out of the door and shared a table he was sitting at. We ended up staying, eating fantastic pizza with great music. Thank you for your hospitality. We will definitely be back!“
“This is our go-to neighborhood restaurant. Good food, good prices, nice and quiet ambience. A great selection of pizzas and pastas along with a few non-Italian dishes like fish and chips and chicken wings. A nice selection of beers on tap including Stella. The food tastes homemade and not like it came out of the Sysco freezer. They do a lot of takeout but I think that misses the point: beautiful Venetian-plaster walls, comfy seats, and great wait-staff.“
“When around the Seattle metro area, and you've got a hankering for a Good Ole Italian Beef sandwich with Giardiniera, Chicago Italian Sammich will do the trick. The beef is very good and has that great Italian beef flavor. The giardiniera comes up a little short on the size of the vegetables, except for the green peppers - but that distinct, delicious flavor comes through. If you know Chicago 'submersible' hoagie rolls, you know they aren't found around here, but Sammach has managed to find a replacement for the most part.Bonus: what looked like a calico cat was right next to the Sammach shop, sleeping off a drizzly day.“
“We were looking for a fun place to have a girlfriend's lunch, and all of us decided this would be fun, based on our various past experiences! It was fun sitting in a booth in the trolley car. Once we received the menu, we had a really hard time making a decision because it all looked and sounded delicious. We all picked the salad over soup, and it was a great start to the meal, especially with the warm sourdough bread. I had the Chicken Picatta, and it was served with the Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter on angel hair pasta. Others had the Lobster and Crab Ravioli and the Meat Lovers Treat. We all ate as much as we could, but there were leftovers! We turned down the spumanti because we were already full. Our waiter was very helpful, courteous, and fun. We were all glad we picked this place for lunch!“
“Nice place with great food! A hidden gem! It is a good place to go if you’re hoping for quality Italian food in a nice atmosphere for a not overwhelming price. Food is served in large portions; totally shareable. I also went with a big group and they accommodated us nicely.“
