“We would give this restaurant 10 + stars if possible .San, the owner, Lucky the bartender, Tim the Chef and another young man who's name we didn't get are all so gracious and welcoming. The pizza and meatballs are outstanding. They make their sausage and some other meats in house. There are a lot of other options on the menu that we can't wait to try especially Tim's homemade tiramisu. Complimentary French fries! They've done a beautiful job with the decor. A very inviting atmosphere. You will be treated like family and your appetite will be beyond satisfied. We want to see this establishment flourish. Please check them out. “Good afternoon everyone this is my review for burrata Bistro in Poulsbo. My daughter and I went in today to have lunch it was a beautiful sunny day so we chose to sit outside on the terrace. I really like the atmosphere first off. We had a really nice friendly waiter I did not get his name but that's okay. We ordered three or four different tapas I will add pictures the only one that we were not crazy about is one with like salmon pate with cream cheese we didn't really like that but all the rest of them were excellent. And because I'm from Miami if you guys don't already know I did order a Cuban sandwich to go I took a few bites and it was actually very very good the bread was what makes the Cuban sandwich and their bread was excellent. I look forward to going back to this restaurant a second time my brother lives 5 minutes from it so will definitely go back and I recommend it to anybody.James. M“
“Delicious food! Stopped in for dinner with a friend. We started with the brushetta which was amazing! Then, chicken picata and gnocchi for our entrees. Both were so yuumy & filling! I'd definitely recommend this place & will be back again ?“
“We really liked eating at this place as the food was delicious. Really good authentic Italian food made from scratch. The place itself is in sort of a shopping center, and it has a main entry area that sort of like a store. There’s also an outdoor area that’s shaded pretty nicely. Lots of artificial plants although some are natural living plants, but it looks good. The store has all kinds of cool little items for sale from authentic foods and ingredients to drinks and more. The customer service was OK. They were nice, but not as friendly or accommodating as we hoped. The food on the other hand hits the spot. We really enjoyed the meals with a glass of wine. I recommend this place to others who are looking for great Italian food.“

“Had a great meal as usual. Didn't enjoy the demanding group of people beside us or the group of 4 young people who were rude and talking about not tipping their server. I have worked in food service for 35 years, and my belief is that everyone should have to work food service at least once.Parking: Too many spots are reserved for pickup orders, and I've never seen them full.“
“The BEST stone fired margherita pizza I have had in my entire life. Cutting the pizza with scissors is such a fun and unique experience.I have eaten marg pizza at many different places in Winnipeg, the twin cities, and Costa Rica and this place takes the cake. “The restaurant owner, whose name I do not know, really makes this place awesome! He brought my 1 and 3 yo a snack to keep them occupied, was kind and friendly with everyone eating, and when I asked to borrow his broom to clean up after my kid's terrible mess, he made me feel like it was truly no problem and that we were welcome anytime. I honestly haven't had a positive dining experience out with my young kids, and I would 100% recommend to any parents. In fact every table in the restaurant had little kids and it was a lovely atmosphere!Kid-friendliness: Their kids menu has pizza or pasta options only, however they are incredibly welcoming and kind to young kids.“

“Eat local. Read a great review of Sogno. We wanted Italian tonight. Made a reservation and journeyed to Poulsbo. Great Barolo wine. Wanted to taste three different entrees so had linguine Bolognese, chicken Marsala and the risotto of the day (mushroom and leaks). Each dish was excellent. Our wait person Rachel was superb and shared some of the recent history of the restaurant. She recommended a great Amaro. Wonderful evening out with my bride.Parking: Close to free public parking.“
