Dos Hermanos Chapines Reviews
Very good food Dos hermanos chapines
So authentic and delicious. We drve 40 minutes to eat here. Love the atmosphere.
Best papusas I've ever had and absolutely amazing chicken street tacos! Their red salsa is *delicious* and their horchata is the creamiest I've ever had. The lady working there is a sweetheart who took and prepared our huge order without complaint! 15/10, a must try!

Dos Hermanos Chapines is a restaurant that offers a variety of delicious Guatemalan and Mexican-inspired dishes in a casual, friendly setting. The restaurant is known for its fresh, flavorful food and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal. Visitors often praise the quality of the food, especially the crab wontons, which are made on-site with lots of good crab meat and are considered "at a whole new level" compared to typical crab wontons. The menu also features solid tacos, including adobada, chicken, and pollo de gallina, served with fresh onions, cilantro, and lime. The tacos are enjoyed for their big flavors and juiciness, with some reviewers noting the molten quality when served off the plancha. Additionally, the pork tamal wrapped in banana leaves and tinfoil, with marrow-filled meat, is highly recommended for its rich taste. The setting is informal and fun, with options to sit in bistro tables or even in a vintage school bus, making it a charming place to spend warm summer evenings. The atmosphere is described as easygoing and welcoming, with friendly service that makes customers feel at home. Prices are affordable, often allowing for a full meal with drinks at a very reasonable cost. Overall, Dos Hermanos Chapines offers good, fresh food with excellent seasoning, a laid-back vibe, and a commitment to serving dishes that they themselves would enjoy. It’s a place that invites diners to explore tasty Guatemalan flavors in a modest yet cheerful environment.
