“The food was fantastic. It arrived quick and looked fresh and appealing.I ate there and it feels strange eating in a gas station. But I was fine with it. I will say, there was some interesting folks hanging in and around the place. I had no trouble, but feels a little off putting.I will be back for food again. Most likely take out“

“This is an adorable little place tucked away in the heart of downtown Olympia. They are located in the space formerly occupied by Ramirez (downtown). Our waiter was very attentive. The prices are very reasonable. I had fish tacos and my niece had a burrito(huge). The salsa was fresh and tasty not spicy at all! We will definitely be back.“
“This is the BEST Mexican food spot in the area! I usually order the same thing at restaurants I like, but I’ve tried so much of the menu here because everything really is that good. Favorites so far are the chicken sopes, Birria Flautas, and tamales but you cannot go wrong with anything here!!“
“This is my new favorite spot. I work long hours and night shift so I came to get Tacos for lunch for work. I am way too tired to cook. The gentleman tried about 5 times to get my card to work and was so kind. It was an emergency for this tired single mom to have a lunch and man him making my funky card work made my day!! “Ok GREAT FOOD. No doubt. But definitely points on improvement in customer service. If you are having a take out ,estimate and tell the customer estimated wait time. Usually wait time in burrito places for take out is no more than 15 min and that is stretching it. We were waiting for more than half and hour and people who were eating inside and came after us got their food first. Also the sauces were on our burritos instead of on the side making the burritos grossly wet by the time we were able to eat them and we could not separate the sauce from the burrito full so we can warm them up. If this was better it would be a 5 star . For now..only 4....Vegetarian options: Large Vegan selection“
“Excellent service, delicious food and a great price. We stopped here on our way to the airport and had queso birria tacos and a massive burrito. The spices sauces were SPICY and the service was top notch. Highly recommend if you’re in the area looking for a quick meal. We will definitely be back to try the whole menu.“

“Ordered takeout for the first time here yesterday and my order was ready for pickup in less than 20 mins. It’s safe to say one of the best birria quesadillas I’ve had here in Lacey/Olympia area. Even the leftovers the next day were just as tasty! Will definitely be going back to try more of the menu!“
“I have stopped by here a few times for some tres leches slices and other goodies, and it's always been delicious. Last time we were there they told us they do full sized cakes by order now so my partner ordered me one for my birthday. Totally blown away by the cake, it was enormous, beautiful, and tasty!“

“Discovered this place a bit late, grateful they relocated to Pacific Ave. We’ve been more than a few times since. Food and atmosphere are both awesome. Service is hit and miss but lots of points to a wonderful owner that seems to always be present and to our server tonight, Miriam, who is by far the best we have seen at Equal Latin or for that matter, anywhere else in a long time. Thank you!Parking: Free parking, nice lot. Always looks like we won’t find parking, but we have never had an issue.“
“I always go through the drive-thru.My favorite is the Classic Burrito with beef, sooo good! They're well priced, always made with fresh, good quality ingredients. They're big enough that I can have half for lunch and half for my dinner. I get consistent quality and volume of food, and the same good customer service at the Tumwater and the Pacific Ave restaurants.I stopped eating at Taco Bell some time ago because I was not getting my money's worth or consisency of food prep and I always seemed to havestomach problems after eating there.“

“Mi pueblo for the win. Best Steak fajitas (for two) I've had in a very long time.... maybe ever. The steak was juicy and well seasoned, while the peppers and onions cooked down perfectly. Not too crunchy but also not overcooked. Literally just right! And the flour tortillas seem homemade. In all, this was a delicious meal. We will definitely go back for more!“

“I get the carnitas tacos. 3 is enough for a full meal without the rice and beans. I've been going here for years and recommend it for a night you don't know what to eat or a quick lunch downtown Olympia.You can call ahead to save yourself time.This is a taco truck. The atmosphere is a food truck village. In the summer it's nicer. There's picnic tables to sit at, but if it's rainy there isn't a lot of cover and it can be muddy.Service is business like, timely. Usually there's plenty of parking. You could definitely bring kids.“
“The regular burritos are great! I could personally do with maybe a little more veg in them, but they're 100% a solid option. I have yet to try the other burrito option though, so maybe that's what I need to go for, as the other one comes with avocado & sour cream.The carne asada plate was also devoured quickly, so that's great too!“
“This is a unique little place to eat! It's a taco truck inside a restaurant! All the food is prepared inside the truck and served in the dining area that is decorated to feel a little like the outside seating area around the truck. The food was very tasty, although it could have been warmer. Not that my huge burrito was cold in the middle it just wasn't hot. Nobody else at the table seemed to have this issue. Our server seemed to be an owner. I say that because of his age and how 'deliberate' he was. He was very friendly and got all of our orders correct. He was just a little slow, especially when we were ready to go. Perhaps he should just wander around enjoying his guests. He seemed to enjoy interacting with folks, so let him concentrate on that. One of the other servers saw us getting fidgety and took care of us. All in all, this was a good experience, and we will definitely be coming back to this unique indoor taco truck!Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu had a number of choices that were kid appropriate versions of their taco truck menu.“
“Very unique and beautiful atmosphere. The food was absolutely great! All honesty, skip the flan and the plantains. Plantains were good, but it was like 5 pieces. Drinks didn't taste strong with good flavor, but they didn't skip on the alcohol. I absolutely will be back especially for a date night.“
