“We stopped in for lunch on a trip from Portland to Seattle. The staff was very friendly and restaurant clean. I ordered 3 tacos (2 chicken, 1 asada). Husband ordered 3 enchiladas with 2 sauces, Verde and mole.
My tacos were traditional street taco size. The handmade tortillas were tasty but delicate. The chicken was shredded white meat and a tad dry, but nothing a little salsa didn't correct. Beef was a fattier cut and more flavorful. Of the salsas (we were served all 3 to try), the red stood out as having most flavor and heat.
After tasting my husband's mole, I wished I had gotten a mole plate. It was different than any mole I have had in the past. It was bright and complex and left you wanting for more. I also appreciated his pinto beans. They were fresh and had a nice balance of texture and creaminess.
If I lived locally, I'd come back because of the staff and to try a few other dishes.“

“Mi familia y yo ordenamos tacos al pastor y adobada estaban muy sabrosos y jugoitos las muchachas eran muy amables.My family and I had tacos for lunch at La guracha they were delicious they were nice and juicy usually tacos are dried but these were perfect and the ladies working at the taco truck were very nice . “The wife and I enjoy this place. It's a unique place with an awesome variety of stuff ranging from herbs and spices, canned products. Fresh produce, pastries, fresh meat and ready to eat dishes from the food counter.Their smoked pork chops from the butcher counter are awesome. The various taco meat blends at the meat counter are also delicious.The ready to eat hot food is always a good choice. The tamales are some of the better I've come across. Our go to for a quick bite from there are a bag of mole tamales and a couple elote tamales. Both are delicious. The mole taste gets more complex as you eat it, there is a noticeable progression of flavors as you eat it. The elote tamales are also awesome. Like light airy cornbread with a mild sweetnessIf you want a more substantial meal they have some awesome soups and combo plates.The bakery also has some of the best pastries in the area.Only real drawback to the place is the lack of parking especially if you're in a larger vehicle but they're worth he occasional parking hassle“

“Went to this restaurant today and was greeted by friendly people with exceptional customer service. We called ahead after trying to go Casa Ramos right off the freeway in Centrailia at exit #82 and being turned away because we had 5 adults and four kids 3 and under in age ??. We showed up to this location and were greeted and seated promptly. The food was delicious, the servers were amazing and attentive. We had to sit in two separate booths but that was ok. Kinda dated and old on the inside is why I rated four stars for atmosphere, other then that five star ⭐️ experience all the way!“

We brought an unreasonably large group (20 plus) after being told no flat out by another restaurant, and not only were we all seated almost immediately, we were happily welcomed by the wait staff.

“It's rare but very rewarding feeling when a chain restaurant can garner a 5 star rating. But, on this night, this team impressed me.

The visit was through the drive through portion of the restaurant and upon arrival at the menu/speaker I was greeted by a genuinely cheerful voice who seemed eager to help rather than annoyed that I had the nerve to interrupt what they were doing. I knew what i wanted so my order was placed and I pulled forward. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile, was polite and handled the cash transaction quickly, accurately and that same cheerful manner was still there. I could tell by her voice that she wasn't the person who took my order so this stuck with me.

As i waited for my order, I looked beyond her and go my astonishment, no one was idle. It seemed they all had a purpose and we're all working and communicating effectively as a team AND they are all in good moods. My food arrived and once again, a different person with a very pleasant attitude and what I took as a heartfelt "thank you so much for letting us help you tonight."

I know this sounds like an employee written ooey gooey over the top gusher, but rest assured, I am not, have not nor am i planning on being employed by this restaurant, chain or Yum Incorporated. I don't know anyone who is or was employed by said companies either. But with over 3 decades of working around other people a as a specialty retail administrator, I can tell you one thing. I can not remember the last time I visited a chain restaurant that was staffed with a crew where I bet you my next paycheck that no more than 1/3rd of the crew was legal to even drink, that worked as efficiently and as flawlessly as the ladies and gentlemen did at this restaurant. I felt like I was taken care of, there were no mistakes, I even got everything I ordered. The staff was definitely on point, including the back of the house as they did an outstanding job preparing the meal.

So, I am personally looking forward to my next visit here. More people in this industry need to come and check out how it's supposed to work. Thanks to everyone working the night I stopped by, I was expecting nothing but mediocre at best, but left feeling great about my choice to stop there.“

“For all the times I've been here, they have never messed up my order. Drive thru is super fast typically. Service is good and the food is always hot and made how I want it. The last time I was here, I placed a big super customized order in the drive thru and it was ready by the time I paid. Incredible.“
