“Fifth on Fourth is a family owned and operated restaurant with delicious soups, sandwiches, milkshakes, and desserts, most or all made from scratch. Their location and drive up window are very convenient and the staff is friendly and competent. I highly recommend it.”

“I'm updating my review because I've tried this place under different circumstances. Crappy day when the weather makes everything depressing? Happy tummy. Solo? Happy tummy. Rumbly tummy? Happy tummy. Literally, every single time I come here, I leave with a happy and slightly over full stomach. The wait is getting a little longer these days because I think people are catching on that this is the place to make your tummy happy, but if you want a retro boho style atmosphere with some of the best breakfast/brunch/lunch you've EVER tasted, you NEED TO COME HERE AT LEAAT ONCE IN YOUR LIFE. And if the French bread is on the specials, get one piece to share with your dining companion. If you aren't fighting over the crumbs and syrup, you just aren't doing it right.”

Melt in your mouth gnocchi with a delicious beef ragu sauce, rib eye with gorgonzola sauce, desserts were glorious, tiramisu and lemon cello gelato. Wine choices were very good. Excellent service. “They have a great variety of both savory and sweet scones. These scones are nothing like you have had at Starbucks or another coffee shop. They are MASSIVE and FLUFFY and have a great texture- they’re the kind of thing you could feed your friends and they would never know they are actually gluten free.I also got a ganache cookie (AMAZING) and a latte.This is a dedicated gluten free facility only 1 mile from I-5. “Very unique and beautiful atmosphere. The food was absolutely great! All honesty, skip the flan and the plantains. Plantains were good, but it was like 5 pieces. Drinks didn't taste strong with good flavor, but they didn't skip on the alcohol. I absolutely will be back especially for a date night.”

“Visited for the first time on April 11 for the Wednesday/ Thursday night couples dinner deal. We had steamer clams for the shared app, blue and Caesar salads, and pork chops and top sirloin for our entrees. For drinks, we opted for thyme, lemon martinis and a couple glasses of red wine. The martini was stellar.Our server was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. From start to finish the service was impeccable.The clams were a delicious way to start the meal , accompanied by fresh, warm sourdough bread and infused butter. The salads were great w/ quality dressings; the blue cheese dressing was unctuous and I enjoyed every bite. The pork chop had great flavor and the top sirloin was tender and delicious.We didn’t have room for dessert, but the house made desserts looked so incredible that we will surely carve out time to visit soon just for coffee and dessert.I can’t wait to come back to Gardner’s.Parking: Shared gravel lot w/ an adjacent brewery. “We went to the Dockside Bistro & Wine Bar for my wife’s birthday. The gentleman that was our server was very attentive and helpful with the menu selections and he made a mean old fashioned! He accommodated us with our desire to take our time with our meal and he made sure that every little detail was perfect. The food was delicious, I had the white fish with gnocchi and my wife ordered the scallops. Every bite was perfection and neither of us could finish our dinner because the portions were healthy. I would recommend Dockside Bistro for a romantic dinner or for a special occasion.”

“The Mark has recently changed up their program, dedicating their menu to super delicious Roman-style pizzas, unlike the pizza you'll get anywhere else in the area, plus salads and desert options. They always have vegetarian and vegan options, too. The atmosphere is excellent, casual but romantic, with a beautiful shady patio for the summer, and a nicely-stocked bar. I always nonchalantly ask Lisa, the owner, to make me a spritz, no further specifications, and she always delivers something amazing. Plus where else are you going to get pizza prepared by a genuine Sicilian with decades of authentic Italian cooking experience under his belt?? The Mark is truly a hidden gem in little ol' Olympia, and completely unique for our area. I truly love it!”

Ordered pizza and cheese bread for coworkers and they loved it.They also offer pasta, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks and salads as well. Not as big of a fan of the mozzarella sticks, the coating wasn't a personal preference and cheese could have been more melted inside.Couple spots to sit inside if you want, but not a lingering around kind of place for a lunch date. Building is very old but maintained, however no wheel chair access. Wish the parking was better but that is of no fault to the owners.Overall a nice local option for good comfort pizza if you don't mind a more simple pizza, this isn't artisan pizza.”

“I love all coffee shops and frequent them often. When I'm home I always make my drink perfect but Everytime I stop at a coffee shop they are good but not perfect, until this morning! I got my vanilla chai but I tried it blended with my extra flavors . The girl that was working at the lacey big foot java at 4:55 am absolutely killed my drink! I wish I caught her name. It was ?. All my extras in my drink were perfect! I loved it and I'll come back to this big foot java when she's working every day of the week. I love when baristas know what they are doing and she's amazing. “Always love the Taco Bell inside of the Flying J truck stop. It's a little more expensive than say Grand Mound or Centralia. But always cool staff and friendly. Thankful for the new option of buying bottled drink but I don’t feel great paying extra for no poison.”

I don't like kimchi generally but this one was really good. I had a bite of the Bombay roll and really liked the textures. “My favorite place to get coffee in Lacey! I have been disappointed with a few places in Lacey lately, and was thrilled to find this place.Coffee: is always great. I got their eggnog latte when it was in season, and once out of season I ordered other drinks I usually go for. All of them have been amazing.Service: is some of the best I have ever received. Baristas are super friendly, but also personable. It doesn't feel like an act for tips (like some places). Speed is average for two baristas. Although, sometimes I thought there were two, because of how fast the line was moving, and was surprised to find there was only one.Side note: Location is very convenient, but getting out to the 5 south can be tricky at timesI don't often give 5 star reviews, but this place really deserves it”

You're right on top of the water.We have had anniversary dates, and plenty of regular dates, quick lunch dates, meet up dinner with girlfriends, absolutely perfect spot for out-of-town guests, I even went to senior prom dinner here! “I have been going to this location for a couple of years now. The crew there have always been helpful and pleasant. Last night (New Year's Eve) while I was in there, someone came in and asked me if I had jumper cables. He was on his way home to Portland and his battery had died while he was in the gas station. I had my wife's car so didn't have my cables. I was going to run home and get my truck and cables but the young lady that worked there called her boyfriend to come and help him out. Nice to see that there are still some good people out there. I will always go out of my way to support and recommend businesses that hire people like this. Thank you!”

I had the three-taco plate with refried beans and rice. The tacos are delicious and authentic. Service was fine in this cozy, order at the counter restaurant with nice ambiance. The margarita, made with fresh squeezed lime juice and quality tequila was delicious. Nothing not to like here. It seems the cost of each game kind of rotates which I found makes me play some machines I may pass on. They do allow outside food as long as they do not offer it on their menu.”

Staff has been extremely helpful in tips, such as freezing bread, and every so often, looking at the best use by dates to ensure I can work things in to the meal planning. I like the old fashioned doughnuts, and the maple ones at that; blueberry being another. I look out for their sourdough bread, the garlic one is great, and the round sourdough for sandwiches. Chips can be found here, and I do like the tortilla chips. Worth the extra stop when shopping to find a bargain that day.”

I have only been able to have milkshakes at home since college. They used oat milk with the coffee chip coconut ice cream. It was creamy and delicious. The staff were so kind to us. You're right on top of the water.We have had anniversary dates, and plenty of regular dates, quick lunch dates, meet up dinner with girlfriends, absolutely perfect spot for out-of-town guests, I even went to senior prom dinner here! He is the Alpha of the Outback (plus an incredibly wonky dude).Once, while riding his trusty Emu, Juantavious, he rescued a baby joey from 220 Hustsman spiders that chased the poor babe into a raging wildfire.After a difficult, scalding battle, he managed to escape since he is super- epic. Riding on Juantavious, Coletraine deflected a laser from the sky. Knowing what he must do next, he traveled to Pine Gap to dap up the President.He stood on one of the balls to channel the energy of the sun. John Coltrane then shot down all alien spaceships and saved Earth.All while chanting "Hail the gluttonous glory of The Outback Steakhouse"”

“Had another great dinner here. The food is wonderful, and the prime rib was cooked perfectly. My wife had the Seafood Sauté, and the manager helped to make sure it was safe for her allergies. They have a great process for people with allergies. The manager makes sure to work with the chef, ensuring the dish is safe. They were able to have our information saved with a description of the dish changes that were made so it can be replicated by each chef.They had live music as well. The musician was pretty good, but the volume made it hard to have conversations at our table. It was loud even at the other end of the dining room.Will definitely go come back again!”

“This is a unique little place to eat! It's a taco truck inside a restaurant! All the food is prepared inside the truck and served in the dining area that is decorated to feel a little like the outside seating area around the truck. The food was very tasty, although it could have been warmer. Not that my huge burrito was cold in the middle it just wasn't hot. Nobody else at the table seemed to have this issue. Our server seemed to be an owner. I say that because of his age and how 'deliberate' he was. He was very friendly and got all of our orders correct. He was just a little slow, especially when we were ready to go. Perhaps he should just wander around enjoying his guests. He seemed to enjoy interacting with folks, so let him concentrate on that. One of the other servers saw us getting fidgety and took care of us. All in all, this was a good experience, and we will definitely be coming back to this unique indoor taco truck!Kid-friendliness: The kids' menu had a number of choices that were kid appropriate versions of their taco truck menu.”

“IHOP isn't usually my favorite place to eat, but my kid loves it. I usually go to the IHOP on the west side. The exterior of this one always looks kind of grubby. We went here and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was absolutely spotless inside. They were well staffed and responsive. The food is exactly what you expect from IHOP so no surprises there. Good experience. Also a reminder for me to not judge a book by its cover.”

“I'm updating my review because I've tried this place under different circumstances. Crappy day when the weather makes everything depressing? Happy tummy. Solo? Happy tummy. Rumbly tummy? Happy tummy. Literally, every single time I come here, I leave with a happy and slightly over full stomach. The wait is getting a little longer these days because I think people are catching on that this is the place to make your tummy happy, but if you want a retro boho style atmosphere with some of the best breakfast/brunch/lunch you've EVER tasted, you NEED TO COME HERE AT LEAAT ONCE IN YOUR LIFE. And if the French bread is on the specials, get one piece to share with your dining companion. If you aren't fighting over the crumbs and syrup, you just aren't doing it right.”

“First time ever coming here. Our server was so sweet. The food was okay. I ordered the Monte Cristo, he ordered the Ruben. The Cristi was okayish. Wasn't bad, but wasn't good. The fries however were soooo good. We will come back and try another sandwich again based on just the fries. Figure it might have been an off night.”
