Burger King in Olympia

“On my way home from school tonight, I stopped by BK for dinner and was greeted by a familiar, friendly voice at the drive-thru. I don’t visit this location often, but I immediately recognized the warm and positive attitude from my last visit over three months ago.

When I pulled up to the window, it was Marz! After receiving my food, I took a moment to thank him for being consistently friendly and professional despite the time gap between visits. This showed me that his excellent customer service isn’t just occasional - it’s always there.

I truly appreciate that kind of dedication. Working a busy drive-thru window while maintaining such a helpful and genuine attitude isn't easy, and it really made a difference for me.

“Ordered on my phone for drive-thru pickup. Had not eaten at Burger King for quite a long time so it took me extra time to place an order but the order taker/cashier was extremely patient, friendly, smiling, and also very busy in the restaurant. They are fortunate to have you! Service was a bit slow but it seemed they may have been under staffed. So a good experience mostly because of one man on a Thursday night.“
