So I want to start off by saying I love Burger King and this location USED to be great. I don't even think the reason they aren't good anymore is 100% their fault. But due to almost no staffing at this location, the service is TERRIBLE, and you wait 20 min just to order your food when you are only the third car. Then it takes 2 min for the person to ring you up and then another 3 min to get your food.Staff is always friendly, it's just not worth the wait.
The staff here was extremely rude and went as far as calling me names and verbally threatening me.! I place my order online and they were refusing to give me my order through the drive-thru when it was already bought and paid for 30 minutes prior to
