We spent 20 minutes in the drive thru. It was during the dinner rush. Food was fresh though! Welcoming and friendly staff at this location every time. The crown nuggets being served now are a downgrade from the regular ones.

Ordered on my phone for drive-thru pickup. Had not eaten at Burger King for quite a long time so it took me extra time to place an order but the order taker/cashier was extremely patient, friendly, smiling, and also very busy in the restaurant. They are fortunate to have you! Service was a bit slow but it seemed they may have been under staffed. So a good experience mostly because of one man on a Thursday night.

First off, these 5 stars are because of the great customer service. Though I don't know exactly what happened but the way that big guy was talking about the employee was wrong. Owner, do better by your employees, they're human too. I understand that it's stressful, it's your business and our state isn't the best on you guys. You can do better. Thank your employees.
