“It's a pretty clean and nice Burger King. There's a constant stable selection of various burgers and vegetarian options.The food itself is pretty good with the fries being unexpectedly good. “OH MY GOD!! anyone want to know fast services with a friendly customer services. This Buger King is the best spot to go to. It's way better than Popeyes' hands down✋️ not only that I have come to this buger king 3 times and as pack as they get day or night, they lines keep going. The facility is very well maintained inside and out. Only if they can receive customers tip and management accepting them receiving tips I diffinately would tip this location hwy 99 on seatac area. Not only is the food amazing, but the workers are beyond fantastic ? a cup posted out they windows that say tip is great, not only for the workers' hard work but appreciation." Facilities Workers like that should be recognized... for Popeyes they food was undercooked, with bad attitude,bad customer services, and the facility looks new, but outside and inside as well with they employees is trash ? waiting in line not to mention for 30-45minutes just to order is ridiculous ? it's a fast food service not slow food services lol.. “I go to this BK 3 or more times a week during the lunch hours... 5 star service everytime. I go here 1 time at 9:45-ish at night and get some of the worst service and horrible BK I've ever gotten... and I used to frequent the MLK/Rainier one all the time, js... I get to the parking lot and the dope feinds are bad, real bad. Then at the box i didnt even know if it was open and almost drove off until someone said 'Uh. What? Can I help you?" There were no drive thru lights, no lights foreseeable through the drive thru window and the order screen was broken. The milkshake was literally milk & flavor on the bottom (and it was vanilla smh) and soft serve in top..no mixing required? Ok. And my original chicken sandwich was obviously from dinner rush, even the bun was stale as if it was toasted hours ago. I will say, I gave them 4 stars instead of 2 because of the daytime crew. Management needs to get it together. The light skinned round man leaves alot to be desired and avery bad taste in your mouth on the night crew. The short lady in the day makes up for EVERY experience I've ever had there... smh.Parking: DO NOT PARK THERE!!!! Use the drive thru and keep your windows up at night.“
“With all the options really close by I choose to go to this Burger King solely for the service I get at the drive-up window. All the people I have ever encountered from the drive-up window are always very polite, professional, and seem happy to be doing their job. Keep up the good work drive through people.“
“The order speaker is beat up, but it still works. It can get really busy during lunch, but ordering ahead via the app is available for this location and they have some pretty good perks for using it.BK has a lot of limited time items that sell out fast at this location {probably because it's so busy}, but they are really good at the basics too and I've yet to have any mistakes with my customizations (famous last words ?).“
