“I didn't see the name of the gentleman running the drive through window, but he has a panther tattoo on his arm. Every time I've come through he absolutely changes the drive through experience from a needed transaction to a fun interaction, and I leave with a huge smile on my face. This guy deserves a raise! Definitely going above and beyond.“
