“Food is pretty good and adaquate for what you are paying for. My ONLY gripe: Images show dipping sauce. The MENU even states dipping sauce included, (clams and fries) and it never is. They dont even ask if you want it, which I do.
1/4 lb burger is good and messy, so dont eat it in the car (or without a bib..lol)

“Always fantastic, quick, and friendly service at this location. I enjoyed a delicious classic chicken burrito here earlier, and I can't stress enough how welcoming and special Taco Time is in general in terms of PNW culture, but especially this location.

My friends and I have had some great times here, and that is due in part to the consistently high quality of food and fantastic service. I would like to shout out Christian and Theresa for the stellar experience I had today.“

“I have been to this location several times over the past few years. Concept is you select sauce, cheese and toppings for your pizza and they make it and bake it right in front of you. I gave it 5 stars for food because the ingredients they use seem to be good quality and fresh. But unless it's burnt or raw you really can't complain about your pizza. After all you you told the employee what you wanted. So it's your fault if you dont like it. Service got 4 stars due to at the time they had one employee making food. If a family or a couple come in it's hard to make multiple pizzas at the same time. So the line can back up quickly. Atmosphere gives you some options. There is tables and counter top height seats and outdoor sitting. They give you more options than most places and the music is not overly loud where you can have a good conversation.“

“Always choose Wendy's over McDonald's. Rarely ever a line here and you'll always be through the line in 5 minutes or less usually. Burgers made to order and delicious. Staff friendly about 95% of the time. Always exceptions but overall great job for a fast food joint. Parking lot and building is clean“

“The gentleman was very friendly and shocked when I gave him 40 and my total was 26. Something I told him to keep the tip I understand how it is working for a fast food or pizza place“

“Great spot for some quick eats. Everything is always full of flavor, never disappoints, yet sometimes this location runs out of guacamole, birria meat, and other items. Also, they shut down the griddle at least an hour before they close each night to allow for adequate cooling, so be conscious if you're looking for a quesadilla, be sure to order at least 60 minutes before close, been turned away a few times. Otherwise lots of options for families, selective eaters, and vegetarians/carnivores/pescatarians 😀“

“The other day my son and I stopped by Jersey Mike’s (Lake Stevens Location) but the power had gone out so they weren’t able to serve anyone. The manager actually ran outside to give us two coupons for free subs on a future visit, which was already really kind.

I came back today to use the coupons and noticed they said one coupon per day for a regular sub. I ordered two minis, expecting to pay for one and get the other free. When I went to pay, the manager may have remembered giving us the coupons and ended up giving us both subs for free anyway.

We were very appreciative of the kindness and the customer service. Everyone is always so friendly. This location truly goes above and beyond. Thank you!“

“When i walked into the store s i was greeted by a very friendy staff who made my experience from start to finish exceptional. This store is the cleanest subway i have seen in my whole life. Their veggies looks so appealing and so fresh and in this day and age i have never seen such a clean fast food restaurant before. Must vist and i will definitely come back to this subway.“

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Logan at the Lake Stevens Burger King. I came in during what was clearly a very busy rush, and Logan was not only handling a full wave of customers but also seemed to be training another employee at the same time, also looking to be understaffed. Despite being obviously stressed, he stayed calm, professional, and incredibly kind—not just to customers, but also to his coworkers. It was really impressive to see someone manage that kind of pressure with patience and positivity. The way Logan treated people stood out to me compared to some other fast food experiences I’ve had in the area, where stress often spills over onto customers. He really made the difference in turning what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a pleasant one. Burger King should be proud to have someone like Logan representing their team.“
