Today we ordered door dash out of laziness lol. They got everything perfect except my meal (I'm mom/wife 😭) and no meal was there, I got my drink though.
I called, talked to Amber (SO sweet) and she said to come in for a fresh burger. Went in and got my burger and fries and she gave me some extra pies on the house for the inconvenience. She deserves a raise!! The employees in general here are always nice, but so am I so take that into account. People who complain are usually unkind people anyway unless they can explain a valid reason.

The gal at the window was also super nice also tonight. I haven't seen a rude person there at all, keep it up!!!“

“I recently visited the Subway inside the food court at the Outlet Mall in Tulalip, and overall, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly, and the wait time was about 8 to 10 minutes, which felt pretty reasonable in a busy food court setting. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, and the customer service was good.

The food was fair overall—veggies and bread were fresh, but the roast beef didn’t taste as fresh as I hoped. For a footlong sub and a medium Coke, it came out to $22.77, which felt a bit pricey for a quick meal. Still, we appreciated the portion size, and the ingredients were decent quality.

All in all, it was a solid visit, and the customer service left a good impression. I’d give them 4 stars and would recommend this Subway if you’re at the Outlet Mall—just keep an eye on the price and maybe ask about meat freshness before ordering.“

“This place was such a great experience from start to finish. Everything we ordered tasted fresh, comforting and really well made. The teriyaki was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, the crunch california rolls were fresh and crunchy! and the house fried rice tied everything together so well. We also tried the garlic shrimp skewers from their newer menu items, and they were honestly a stand out! so flavorful and cooked just right! You can really tell there is a lot of love and care put into both the food and the overall experience from the owners and everyone who works here. The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole place had that inviting, local feel that makes you want to come back every time :)“

“Tried the rock cod meal with fries, chowder, and drink. The chowder was how I remembered and the IBC root beer was nice. The rock cod was small, so I got a third piece from the cook. I don't know if they were tail pieces or not, but there was quite the strong fish taste. Just how I remember it.“

Update: 11/24/25. NEVER GOING BACK! GOT FOOD POISONING. I only got two tacos de asada and they were bad!“
