Food is good, but had to wait 30 minutes for it and we were not warned beforehand. In fact, she said 7 minutes. We were standing in that small store waiting for our food. Super annoying!
My passion for American style Pretzels began nearly 15 years ago, on a trip to California - freshly baked Pretzels bought on our way back to our hotel after a long day at Universal Studios. Food was ok, wished it was warmer. Treated my brother and daughter to some cinnamon sugar nuggets and a lemonade. Main reason for the two stars is the service, the girl at the registered really couldn't be bothered to help us out rolling her eyes multiple times as we were interrupting her from something. We were one of two customers in the store and the other person was waiting to pick up her food. I just wanted to get what I paid for and leave.
