The young lady with blonde hair was rude and made me wait double the time for my order while everyone else who ordered after me got their order first when I finally got my order she had stored it in the heating area where they keep the food. Please be more polite next

i was hoping to have some great food with a side of great costumer service !!!!!!!! but that did not happen, but instead i could feel the toxic ambiance in the air, on a sunday. one of the female employees was extremely rude to me and my fellow friends, we felt like she was just judging us and not trying to hide it infact making sure that me and my friends knew that she was talking about us to her fellow coworker. i as a grown woman never expected such disappointment, in fact she was not even serving me she was near then oven so i was not sure what she was side eyeing me for seance i did not even talk to her!!!!!! hiring managers should be doing a much better job at hiring!!!!!!! do better.

I was in there yesterday evening and was the 2nd person in line and there was another couple behind me in line. As one employee was helping finish cashing out the people in front of me a second employee asked the couple behind me what they wanted and she gave that couple the last two cups of pretzel bites so when the first employee finished with the people in front of me she rang up the couples order that was behind me and then asked me what I wanted. I wanted pretzel bites in which since the couple behind me were helped before me, there were no pretzel bites left therefore I did not get anything because they were all sold out and could not make anymore. This is very bad customer service!

so disappointed with the customer service and the quality of the food.upon arrival i asked what was the freshest in the case and she rudely responded “it’s all fresh”. so i proceeded with my order. my grandma and i said thank you FOUR times while she just stared back with no response. didn’t say anything after we paid either. as we walked out i was complaining how cold our pretzels were and how rude she was and not one but TWO previous customers also commented saying they felt the day way and they’re glad to know it wasn’t just them who got poor service. i went 2/20/23 at 2:20pm and a short curly blonde was our cashier. we will never return to this location.

Food was ok, wished it was warmer. Treated my brother and daughter to some cinnamon sugar nuggets and a lemonade. Main reason for the two stars is the service, the girl at the registered really couldn't be bothered to help us out rolling her eyes multiple times as we were interrupting her from something. We were one of two customers in the store and the other person was waiting to pick up her food. I just wanted to get what I paid for and leave.

Food is good, but had to wait 30 minutes for it and we were not warned beforehand. In fact, she said 7 minutes. We were standing in that small store waiting for our food. Super annoying!

I came to this store to buy a large order at 6pm and they said they couldn't make anything fresh because they're were closing at 7pm. ? Usually it take 10 mins to cook pretzel dogs and they didn't want to cook anything . They just had 2 pretzels and 1 mini dogs to choose from. This store needs to hire more people and update the closing hours . Very bad experience and service.
