Great customer service
The food tastes decent—not disappointing, though that is about what you would expect from a fast-food restaurant. However, the attitude of the staff needs significant improvement. They seem to forget that hospitality and customer service are just as important as serving good food.
I had a great experience at Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen. I enjoyed the pizza, and Dante was very friendly and welcoming. His positive attitude made my experience much more enjoyable. I really appreciated his kindness and wanted to recognize him for doing such a great job. Thanks, Dante!
