“Today this place was hoppin' with customers! I was so hungry I didn't even take pictures of my Double Bacon Cheeseburger, All the Way with relish, and a little fry.
The five person crew was great - communicating amongst themselves and with every customer who walked in and out the door.

“Everything was good and quick service. The only thing is that its FREEZING inside. You cant enjoy your meal while your sitting there freezing cold. And it makes your food get cold fast... I literally had to take break and go warm up outside for a min then go back in. This is the 2nd time ive ate inside here that I've been freezing cold. 🥶“

“Ok friends this is one of the last restaurants that hasn't tried the shrinkflation scam on us. My husband is a thin guy with a big appetite, so we cannot afford to eat out often anymore because we usually have to order 2 orders, yes 2 orders To fill him up! But not here. Their food is made to order, good quality and you get enough to feed a full grown man for the price you pay. Highly recommend!“

We had the pleasure of being served by district manager Ricky, he certainly knows how to give great service and is an asset to your company! “I love coming here! I visit this deli 2-3 times a week. The staff is always very inviting. Every single time that I have come in, the food is always fresh . They never mind making my special orders on request. Definitely recommend stopping by when you are in the area.“

“The food is reliable in taste, but portion sizes has gone down quite a bit. W the price of halibut going up so much, at least load me up with FF so I dont feel, so slided. This is a quiet place to get lunch/dinner if thats what ur attracted to. Reason I like it, is it gives senior center vibes, which makes me feel incredibly young. Sometime they forget ur slaw w to- go orders which for most, is tossed anyways. Wouldn't u know it, my elderly mother is there for the slaw, so bummer that it wasn't in our to go bag 2x now. I am not driving back for the slaw. They give plenty of condiments for ur to go order, which leads u to believe that ur basket is fuller than it really is. Lastly, comes only by request but they have sweet tarter, and it is GOOD!!!“

“This particular location is by far the best in every area. What really stands out is the customer service and how the employees go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. When I order online, my order is always prepared prior to when it says it will be, which is usually less than five minutes“

“Fast food joint that serves subs. The subs were pretty good. The NY Steamer was pretty filling. What brings it down was the service staff wearing face piercing on duty makes it not very welcoming environment. Businesses needs to establish dress codes again.“

“So I am an ASL student at the ECC college and one of our homework assignments is to go to a place like subway and pretend to be deaf.I say this to give you a premise of what all happenedI signed morning when I caught the nice girls eye, and when I tried to order the 33, more because it was a new item than because I wanted it (btw, I much prefer chicken sweet onion instead of the steak that 33 makes it)But it took a second, I think because she was not aware, or maybe didn't remember that 33 was an option but she pointed to the menu, and I told her to go up and she understoodShe was wonderful, only between the two of us, I kinda didn't have the option to say half foot, but that's okay. Foot longs will feed me for a while.While my food cooked, I put chips and a cup on the counter, and made clear I was doing something on my phone, while glancing at the pay thingThe man tried to verbally tell something but I was doing my best to not pay attention, the nice girl "she can't hear you" was clear a d politeI started working with the pay doodad and I heard the guys "you need to pull out your card now" followed by a "she can't hear you" again nice, but I did hear him make a quiet neg noise.The doodad let's you tap to pay so I made a point to use that instead of my card, just because "I'm Deaf" doesn't mean I don't know how to do things, and tech being what it is, I did not in fact need to use my card.The nice girl made sure I didn't want anything added after my sub was cooked and wrapped it up, pointed to the bag to clearly ask if it was to goSeriously, the only reason why I put four stars for atmosphere is because the guy made me feel like he disapproved of a Deaf white mage getting food by myself.I am really grateful to the nice girl, I hope she goes far in life.“

5 stars cause of staff. Arrived just after the dining room closed, they were friendly about it, let us finish our orders (we were using the kiosks), and wait to pick them up inside. Didn't have to, but they did. Thanks for being nice people!“
