The portion sizes of deli meat were cut in half, I asked why they said that's the new spec, everyone was really nice, but $12 a sandwich for 2 thin slices of deli meat is kind of absurd.
Friendly, polite and well manored staff here for all the "I want and that, that, that and that" these employees hear all day. Remember a please and thank you go along way and can make people feel appreciated.
