“One of the best experiences I've ever had at Burger King this place in factoria is premiere for service cleanliness and overall professionalism. All the staff members know my name show appreciation through our conversation and are very kind throughout my transactions this is the only Burger King I go to in Seattle it sets the tone in the standard for all Burger King thank you so much guys you know who you are keep it up.“
“This burger king is suffer severe staff shortage due to COVID19 since February 2021 and this review is in June 2021. The employees have to do two or three different jobs at a time to get an order out and many customers are too d*** or entitled to understand that when leaving nasty reviews. The manager is really nice and helped us when a new employee got our order wrong. Please have compassion for the wait time at this store. This shortage has nothing to do with bad management just workers finding higher paying jobs and many fast food if they increase labor wages they have to rise prices on the fast food you buy. Burger King gives out excellent coupons and they can afford to do that because wages are not too high.“
“Not a huge BK fan but I was pleasantly surprised (this time) on the food quality, and the service. Considering the price/value/quality as of April 2026, and against the other typical major fast food conglomerates, they actual surpassed the bare minimum. Almost like this store is actually trying.“
