Eat all you can, clean and good service.
New Gangnam has been my go to KBBQ spot for almost 12 years, and I used to drive to the Lakewood location after they renamed themselves from Honey Pig, so I was ecstatic when they opened this location a few years back! Service is a hit or miss for sure, but that comes with the business and it doesn't bother me. Generally, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food is always good and you get a great selection per price range. Thanks for expanding! 🍺
Plentiful food, well seasoned, atmosphere is lacking. I did not try the BBQ side of the restaurant, because I was not sure how it worked and I do not speak Korean, so I did not want to confuse people and make mistakes.
The tteokbokki was delicious and could be a meal unto itself, but after the first five bites, the spice overwhelmed the flavor.
