It can be fun to eat here, but it all depends on who your server is and what time you get in. we showed up at about 7 for a dinner with friends and the server we got was very pushy about quickly getting our order in, only understood abit of what we were asking her and would come over to our table to tell us what were doing wrong it also took us 3 times to ask for a to-go box for our left overs, one of my friends was jokingly saying that it felt like they dont want customers only...
We really enjoy eating at New Gangnam Korean BBQ II, especially the restaurant side rather than the all-you-can-eat barbecue. The food is consistently delicious, and the bulgogi soup is one of my favorites. It is flavorful, comforting, and something I always look forward to ordering.

We loved this place! We saw a lot of comments that no one explained how to cook your food, this is why we came here. It's perfect for us because after 4 year in Korea, we know what to do and how its works! And no grandma around table who cooks for you😁 So we really love it, we enjoyed our time here and 100% will back.
