“First time ever at this restaurant for my wife and I and three neighbors, and the food was fabulous. The quality of the food was excellent and the portion size was generous. I had a seafood combo served over white rice in a curry sauce, and it was amazing. My wife had the rice ramen dish and said it was spectacular. There were five of us having lunch together and everyone loved their meal. We went during the lunch hour. The wait for our food was very reasonable and I especially like the fact that the restaurant appeared to be spotless. We will definitely return many times to this wonderful restaurant.“

“Ordered the chicken wings and the combo #2. Pad thai with curry chicken. The pad thai was good, they put tofu in the pad thai. So next time I go, I would tell them no tofu! The curry chicken didn't have a curry taste to it at all. More like I guess coconut soup, if I had to put a taste to it. It was not bad, just not curry. The wings....would not get again. Small, dried out and tasteless. But hey, I am at a thai restaurant not hooters. All in all, I like this place and I plan on going back!“

“Their ingredients are fresh, and everything is solid. It's just not the most inventive Thai food. For instance Hat Yai's roti/naan and curry dish is one of the most delicious street style Thai dishes I've ever had - with crunchy hot home made roti, where Nou's naan I think is just store bought Indian style naan bread... Their curry is straight forward, not full of depth. Phad Thai is solid, can't go wrong. Green curry is clean, fresh, but lacking in more developed flavors. All that being said their atmosphere is beautiful and nice to eat in, service is always wonderful, and take out is always easy. So when we need a Thai food itch scratched, Nou delivers - and is our default Thai in Olympia.“

“A True Vietnamese Experience!!!My visit to Da Nang Restaurant was a good and authentic experience. If you enjoy more authentic Vietnamese cuisine, you will enjoy a quiet meal at this establishment. From the moment we walked in our waitress greeted us and made us feel welcome. We were given an extensive menu list, and the selection was varied and reasonably priced. We ordered the Beef Pho and a Vietnamese Bun (noodle/spring rolls/fresh vegetable dish). The portions were quite large and we did not end up finishing all the food. The food was served relatively fast, and the food was fresh and tasty. If you enjoy a good Vietnamese meal your tastebuds will be given a real treat, and your stomach will be happy-to-boot!!!It was a wet fall evening, around 7pm, so not a lot of traffic inside, but the food was filling, and the service great. Give this place a try if you enjoy Vietnamese cuisine, there is something here for everyone.“

“The food here is definitely tasty, but I’m disappointed with their panang (unsure if that’s spelled right) curry. I don’t remember them using frozen peas and carrots the last time I ordered the curry, but that was months ago so it may just be a one time thing. Although the flavor of the curry was on point the peas and carrots they used just destroyed the dish. The flavor and texture of frozen peas and carrots did not mix well. When I say flavor and texture, as I bit into the peas I tasted the distinct taste of frozen peas and the mushiness when you bite into the peas and carrots. Other than that the other dishes pad Thai and ginger broccoli were wonderful. Full of flavor!!!“

“If you are searching for amazing Thai food, look no further... the food has been absolutely delicious every time I've ordered from Basil Leaf Restaurant. One of my favorite dishes is #10, TomKah. This coconut milk based soup includes a protein (I prefer chicken), mushroom, onion, and tomatos with superb flavors. Lime leaf, lemongrass, and galangal (a root similar to ginger) add the perfect blend of flavor. For those who haven't tried this soup, you can remove these as they are there to add flavor rather than consume, like a bay leaf. It is served with rice on the side, which I recommend adding to your soup bowl to soak up some of the broth. The noodle dishes #36, Pad Thai, and #39, Rama Noodle, are perfect. I order a side of peanut sauce to go with either of these dishes. All of the curries are delicious...try the Avocado Curry! Yum.The stir-fry #26, Pad Ped Thai Eggplant, is also amazing. As with most dishes you will choose a protein; tofu, chicken, beef, or pork. You can substitute prawns, calamari, or scallops for $2.50, or a seafood combo for $3.50.I know this is long, but if you've read to here, I hope you have found it helpful. You won't be disappointed with Basil Leaf!“

“I go to Thai restaurant about once a month now, recently became one if my favorites! The decor is very nice and clean, kind of a modern and thai mix. The food is absolutely delicious, best in the nearby area in my opinion. My favorite go to is the Pad Thai medium heat for cozy, hot if im want the spice, with a side if rice and of course extra peanut sauce. The employees are a mix of friendly and neutral, perfect for most people. They are definitely attentive checking on each and everyone in a steady manner. I highly recommend trying this place out! The prices are quite nice in my opinion, for the quality and portion.Vegetarian options: Tofu, vegetable dishesParking: Right next to plenty of parking lots at different businesses.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu“
