“Hands down Bacco Trattoria Italiana is the best authentic Italian restaurant anywhere in the Pacific Northwest. Homemade pasta, traditional Italian dishes, tiramisu made from scratch... I cant say enough great things about this place. Service is attentive but not overly hovering, everyone looks genuinely happy to be there.. We had a great experience and will most definitely be back for more. I had the lasagna and it was the best I've ever had ( my grandma would roll over in her grave if she heard me say that but its true) So happy to have such a wonderful Italian restaurant in Lacey so close to home. The sea scallops with crispy fried leeks and lavender beurre blanc were absolutely exquisite, beautifully prepared with a perfect balance of delicate, rich flavors. Every bite was memorable. “First time eating at Hotstone during a lunch outing. I spent a couple years living in S. Korea, so know the food pretty well. I tried the Bulgogi Bi Bim Bap bowl and my family tried also spicy pork Bi Bim Bap bowl. All three were served in the Dolset (hot stone) bowl. I prefer the traditional stainless bowl during the warmer weather months. Hotstone did not have that option though. Typically, the Bi Bim Bap bowls are served with a mixture of vegetable along with the meat and rice (Bap). As you can see in my photos, there is only meat and rice. My mistake for not ordering the regular version. The Bulgogi flavoring was very good and rice was nice and soft. Side Kimchi, cucumber Kimchi and radish were good, but I have had better. Overall, the food was tasty but missing vegetables that would have made it much better. Our server was very friendly. We parked near the lake and walked to the restaurant.“

The cashier (evening of 8/7/26) kept every table and waiter attended to, I felt like a valued customer though this was the first time I'd been there.

Someone at one of the tables shared a sip of their shake with their family and I kid you not - everybody in the group paused their meal to order a shake for themselves. I knew I was in for something special!

Those experiences were just the start of our joyful first time at Herfy's. Our burgers were delicious, cooked perfectly. Our fries and curly fries were exactly how we like them and the chicken nuggets were great as well. If you are anywhere in Olympia and are a burger fan, there's no excuse not to make it to Herfy's.“

It's beautiful inside and the folks that work there are incredibly friendly and hard-working. The sushi is incredible the portion sizes make it a very good value. The chicken katsu was also verybgood. If I had any complaint it would be the fried rice. It's pretty salty and forgettable quite honestly. That means that you go here for the sushi and it's awesome Presentation was beautiful and unique. I recommend this place for takeout or a night out. I've eaten here a few times now and have yet to be disappointed.“

“This tavern is a gem. The food is cooked with care and you can tell when you get it. The brussel sprouts are a huge hit at any time. I tried a "special" called the CodFather yesterday with a hand battered piece of cod, topped with fresh sliced pastrami and some cheese on a slathering of coleslaw on a bun. It absolutely works!“

“It was my first time ordering and coming to Vans burger.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake, a burger and two order of fries. The burger was so big that I was able to share it with my daughter.
Shake was in a small cup.
Microphone is a bit old so you hard to speak a little louder and clear for them to capture your order.

Please be nice to the people working here, the time I went it was super busy and someone behind me was being a bit rude to them. The lady at the window who takes the payment is also the same person who is taking down the orders.

The restaurant was empty but they have a very good rate on reviews, I was afraid it would disappoint us but after saw the menu.. we like most of them, specially on the back of their menu has the all day house specials! I ordered the “pineapple lover” and my husband ordered “spicy garlic stirred fry” which were very yummy. Ended up with great food, perfect portions (for us) most of all great service!“

My fiancé and I stopped by a couple months ago to check it out and we're immediately greeted by the owners and shown around. Cher was fantastic to work with and I love the touches you can add to make your event special. We brought in a few of our own decor pieces and had the patio area out back. PLENTY of space, kid-friendly, and the walk up bar is such a nice touch. We ordered a variety of appetizers and a fruit platter in advance for the event which was such a great idea. Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure we were all happy. The staff was fantastic and attentive. Oh! And everyone loved the food. I love that there is a deviled egg on the app menu. The gochujang wings are so yummy and they make a mean club. I saw some burgers floating around that looked awesome as well. There are so many fun touches and I love the communal vibe. “Food A+ perfectly cooked generous 12oz NY steak & Blackened rockfish! Flavor excellent on all sides. Server A+, this was our first visit and Victoria helped with all our questions like family. After ordering the wait for food was long but we were in no hurry. It would have been nice to have something to nibble on. We hadn’t expected the wait so we didn’t order bread or salad, everything is extra. The place could use something acoustic to cut the noise a notch, simply voices overwhelm the place. Music from the venue next door wasn’t a distraction, it was fine. Parking can be difficult. All in all, we will be back for the A+ parts make it way worth the visit.“

“If you like your pizza burnt, this is the place to be. Sadly our pizza was too burnt to enjoy. Tasted like a charred stick in the fire pit. “I’m not sure if she was the owner or a staff member, but the woman who took our order had such bright, positive energy and was very friendly. I really appreciated how attentively she took care of us throughout our visit. We ordered the spicy stir-fried squid(오징어볶음) at level 3(spice levels range from 0 to 5) and galbitang(갈비탕). Some people might find it unusual that the galbitang comes with egg, but this style does exist in Korea. I especially remember having it quite often a long time ago. Overall, the side dishes and everything we had were not too salty and suited my taste perfectly. Our first visit was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!“

“Charlie's came to our rescue when we needed to watch an NCAA volleyball match while we were away from our home! Not only did they put a bunch of TV's onto our match, but after everyone else left, they offered to turn the sound on. Amazing! The food was tasty bar food and the service was exceptional. Why would they use such small plates and have your food falling on the table? Other than that the food is great, but you lose a lot on to the table. Service was also a little slow.“
