“My family and I had an exceptional experience on 6/20 for lunch. The food was the best Italian cuisine that we have had outside of Italy. The chef/owner is from Campagna, and his passion for Italian culture and cuisine shines in each bite we took. The service was impeccable as well.

We enjoyed:
-House Chianti
-Caprese Salad
-Rigatoni Bolognese
-Eggplant Parmesan (GF and vegetarian option)
-Gnocchi with Spare Ribs
-Nightly special: Polenta with Pork 3-ways
-Chocolate gelato
-Espresso

Top it off, we got to watch gnocchis being made fresh in the back! Highly recommend- if I could give more stars I would! Grazi!“

“It was my husbands birthday, and he choose this restaurant. WOW!! This place is so nice!! Perfect seating, perfect service, perfect food and the most perfect desert.. This classy restaurant is a much need face life for Olympia.. So glad we went!“

“The food was absolutely incredible and authentic. Literally the best food Ive ever had. The pork dumpling soup is to die for I couldnt stop eating it. They also have little kimchi side dishes. I had to order a box of the cucumber kimchi home because I couldnt get enough of it. We walked in with about 8 people and they happily seated us and even thanked us warmly the food came out so fast but it was hot and fresh. The bubble tea was also very well made.

“Cousin Jon hasn't been to a Herfy's Burger since the one he went to in woodland California 50 years ago during the bicentennial and here he is 50 years later. They used to have wacky Burger box kids meals that came with a small ice cream cone. The service here was excellent and very catering!!!“

“It was my first time ordering and coming to Vans burger.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake, a burger and two order of fries. The burger was so big that I was able to share it with my daughter.
Shake was in a small cup.
Microphone is a bit old so you hard to speak a little louder and clear for them to capture your order.

Please be nice to the people working here, the time I went it was super busy and someone behind me was being a bit rude to them. The lady at the window who takes the payment is also the same person who is taking down the orders.

“Best bagel in town! Always getting the lox bagel! The area is open and has seating agains the walls. It could use some noise dampening items. Sat with a friend for coffee and gossip, and it felt like the whole room could hear our convo even we were talking quietly. The pastries are great as well! Oh, and they make coffee! Good non burnt coffee!“

“Interesting concept worth trying! This rare coins shop has been transformed into a place serving butter chicken burritos. Solid food and creative menu. The only issue is the choice architecture. I’m typically a confident orderer but the veg and sauce options kind of stumped me. The only choice is to go wild, try pineapple on everything.“

“I’m not sure if she was the owner or a staff member, but the woman who took our order had such bright, positive energy and was very friendly. I really appreciated how attentively she took care of us throughout our visit. We ordered the spicy stir-fried squid(오징어볶음) at level 3(spice levels range from 0 to 5) and galbitang(갈비탕). Some people might find it unusual that the galbitang comes with egg, but this style does exist in Korea. I especially remember having it quite often a long time ago. Overall, the side dishes and everything we had were not too salty and suited my taste perfectly. Our first visit was perfect. Can’t wait to go back!“

Smoking patio is dog friendly! Luckily I don't mind.the occasional second hand smoke.

Driving from the west, you may gawk at what may be the largest homeless encampment in WA; doing so, you'll blink and miss Fatso's. Next to the weed shop in a non-descript building, I had the fatso double cheese which is a great deal at $15.99.

Great house-cut fries as well. Only downside was that they charged for a tiny cup of bottle ranch.“

“This for me has always been a good store. I almost always order the thin crust chicken bacon artichoke and it's never skimpy toppings despite ordering in the app to have it ready on arrival. Nice staff and super kind and respectful. Thank you!!!“

“This tavern is a gem. The food is cooked with care and you can tell when you get it. The brussel sprouts are a huge hit at any time. I tried a "special" called the CodFather yesterday with a hand battered piece of cod, topped with fresh sliced pastrami and some cheese on a slathering of coleslaw on a bun. It absolutely works!“

The restaurant was empty but they have a very good rate on reviews, I was afraid it would disappoint us but after saw the menu.. we like most of them, specially on the back of their menu has the all day house specials! I ordered the “pineapple lover” and my husband ordered “spicy garlic stirred fry” which were very yummy. Ended up with great food, perfect portions (for us) most of all great service!“

“Just visited tonight and as always, loved the food and service! Super sweet waitresses and delicious food. I ordered the beef teriyaki bento box and a plate of crab rangoons. My friend ordered the beef bulgolgi. We were both surprised at the fast service and generous portions. “We always sit in the bar and we always receive great service. I want to call out that Matt handled a really rude customer on 12/2/24 with calmness and kindness. There was a mixup regarding checks with the neighboring table and she had her salad comped, but she didn't understand why. He explained multiple times (who complains that their meal is being comped???!) until he finally said he needed to keep moving to help other diners, and her dining partner actually raised her voice and cursed at him. He should be commended. Our meal was fantastic, steak cooked perfectly, service quick, and sides all correct and accounted for.“

After ordering the wait for food was long but we were in no hurry. It would have been nice to have something to nibble on. We hadn’t expected the wait so we didn’t order bread or salad, everything is extra. The place could use something acoustic to cut the noise a notch, simply voices overwhelm the place. Music from the venue next door wasn’t a distraction, it was fine. Parking can be difficult. All in all, we will be back for the A+ parts make it way worth the visit.“

“We are new to WA and was excited to try out this place, but the pizza was disappointing. We ordered the giant Bulldog and it was BURNT. Not a nice crispy, but a disgusting, every bite we took, burnt pizza. For as much as we paid for it, we were super bummed.“

“If you like your pizza burnt, this is the place to be. Sadly our pizza was too burnt to enjoy. Tasted like a charred stick in the fire pit. I did have fond memories of actually liking their pizza throughout the years. We ordered 2, the kids devoured the pepperoni pizza as it seemed perfectly cooked. As for the burnt basil pizza… is going to the chickens 😢“

“Arrived around 6pm on a Sunday, seated immediately, quick service. Caesar side salad came very soon after ordering. Very garlicky dressing, lots of shredded parmesan, so yum! Generous serving of rolls with our entrees, 2 big rolls each and nicely warmed up, with butter pats in the basket so they were warm and ready to spread. Husband had chicken parmegian with side of fettuccine alfredo, I had butternut squash ravioli in herbed butter. Lots of parm on the pastas too. Chicken nicely cooked, not overly crunchy (which is sometimes the case when a restaurant uses more breading/coating than needed). Ravioli filling was sweet, almost dessertish, different from others I've had. Next time I'd try the spinach cheese ravioli, which comes in basil pesto. Hearty portion sizes. Attentive, friendly service.“

Not only did they put a bunch of TV's onto our match, but after everyone else left, they offered to turn the sound on. Amazing! The food was tasty bar food and the service was exceptional. “The plates are way too small. My food was falling off my plate and onto the table. I looked around, and most people had the same problem. Why would they use such small plates and have your food falling on the table? Other than that the food is great, but you lose a lot on to the table. Service was also a little slow.“

“This Taco Time is the BEST!! I always order 3 hard shell tacos with meat & cheese ONLY & it is always filled with meat & cheese to the top other places give a very little amount of cheese & EVETYTHING is fresh. I live in Chicago now but came home in 2018 & got to Taco Time when they were closing they stayed open for us & made it very pleasant for my boys who made a mess! I come home every year & ALWAYS make it to the Olympia Taco Time!“

Sat at the bar, ordered a dirty martini from Tyler. He did the usual follow up. I told him, long day, just chilling, keep the glass full, and I’ll let you know the rest. He understood the assignment. “BEST Bloody Mary around, and trust me, I have tried them all. The burgers are amazing, the salad, the specials, I could go on and on. All of that combined with attentive staff that always gets it right. Hard to find a gem like this, 10/10 recommend!!!“

“The rivers edge is great. We frequently have meetings here, and the staff are really helpful. The food is decent, and the prices are in line with Olympia Washington pricing. I recommend Thai for a great place to talk with others and grab a quick bite that you’ll enjoy.“

“The food was good, and served within 5-10 minutes. The people were friendly and answered my questions about the food with no problem.
Since it is downtown Olympia, the parking is either on the street, and then walk up to the food truck, or a small amount of parking is available in the lot. There are outdoor picnic benches to eat at, but there is considerable noise due to location.
But food was juicy and its served to go style so can be taken to some other location“
