“Driving through Olympia and found this bakery on google. At first glance, the food didn’t look very exciting but let me tell you, it tasted and most importantly felt just perfect. One of the better gluten free bakery items I have had. I got a Hawaiian scone and the taste and texture were just perfect. Very fluffy and light and very balanced flavors. Loved every bit of it.“
“Probably so named because this place will heal your soul. This little oasis seriously turned my entire week around in a matter of minutes. So peaceful. The food, beverages, products, people, and atmosphere are all beautiful. Their enclosed patio was my favorite. I stayed warm enough to work comfortably for a couple of hours, and they've even done a wonderful job reducing the traffic noise. 10/10 will absolutely travel 45 minutes to visit again.P.S. can confirm the rose cardamom cashew cream latte & raspberry grilled cheese are DELICIOUS. Best enjoyed in filtered sunlight. I'm going back for their herbal drinks and more patio time ASAP.“
“All the pastries are delish, and my Cafe au lait, was wonderful, service was friendly and pretty fast. What is a shame though, is the decor, or lack of, there's no charm. It's the run of the mill, white, bland, cold room. They missed the mark, to make this a real looking French cafe, warm and charming, too bad.“
“Wayside has been a plant based staple for many years now. The food is pretty solid, the specials are usually some of the best options you will find there. The base menu is good but for some reason the specials seem to knock it out of the park. This is also one of the few restaurants that makes everything from scratch! I love that! The shakes are the best vegan shakes I have ever had, highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: Everything is vegan!“
“I love this place. I come from over an hour away to get this pizza. Imported sourdough and delicious options. BUT. Today was a bad day. I got the Tropicana with extra sauce, and I was given a very dry pizza. It is sad. I’m sad. I wish I would have looked at it before I left Olympia. “I love this place. It’s a small town spot that, fethe vegan options are great, the bread is great. Not flashy, not very big, and the folks are nice enough. I will say that the older gentleman that cooks during the morning seems to be far better chef than the younger one that cooks in the afternoon. I had the same sandwich made by two different people and they were very different sandwiches.“
“I only ordered from this location online, for a class gathering at The Evergreen State College. My bacon breakfast sandwich was exactly what I wanted, and others enjoyed the smoked chicken, brisket, and salad options. “We were on our way home from the ocean and tried this little place called Hash in Olympia. We were blown away! The service was great! To start they brought out the most delicious corn bread and Marionberry jam. So yummy! My husband ordered chicken fried steak that was cooked perfectly, Nice crispy outside. They also had a very nice touch of warm cinnamon apple slices (yum) And it was a huge serving! My biscuits and gravy were delicious as well. The bacon gravy is delicious. My husband got a to go box and asked if he could buy a little of the Marionberry butter and the server said no problem and brought back to little to go containers of it. So nice. We will be back to the Hash! Or better yet could you build one in Lake Stevens! We need a new breakfast spot.“
