We had to pick the cake up, and they packaged it just right for an easy trip to our venue. Communication with the ladies was easy and convenient. “This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. I understand the hype now.“

“We've ordered cakes in the past and did so again for my dad's memorial celebration. After working with the a staff via email and submitting pictures to make sure it was how we wanted it, we picked it up and it was perfect. All his favorite things, even my mom. It was so heavy and dense in the best way. Marble cake with Bavarian cream filling and buttercream frosting. Sooo good!“

Not only did I enjoy the best martini I’ve ever had (make sure you take Payton’s recommendation and order the Gunpowder Gin), but the food was delectable. We started with the Formosa Roll and enjoyed the shrimp tacos and steak. The Formosa Roll was savory and spicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked for the tacos and the steak came with potato spirals that I didn’t know I needed in my life, but absolutely do! A true gem of Tacoma, bravo Eric and team!“

The staff was very hygienic — switching gloves and using a fresh knife for every sandwich. The bread was soft and fresh, they had a veggie patty option, and the store was clean and smelled great.
