Great atmosphere and food.
A great craft cocktail establishment in Tacoma. Chuck and Makayla are fantastic bartenders that enjoy their craft and Ida keeps the place humming. This is definitely one of my favorite places in Tacoma.
Eric and Payton made our visit to the Boom Boom Room unforgettable. Not only did I enjoy the best martini I’ve ever had (make sure you take Payton’s recommendation and order the Gunpowder Gin), but the food was delectable. We started with the Formosa Roll and enjoyed the shrimp tacos and steak. Menu items include a quesadilla, Golden Fried Foragers (mushrooms) with a cesar salad, and a Tiki Blinders beverage described as dangerous delicious. The service is friendly and excellent, with sweet and accommodating bartenders who craft beautiful cocktails and give great recommendations. The vibe, music, and rotating menu add fun and innovative items. It is the perfect bar for a girls night or a fun date, and a nice addition to Tacoma’s fun hangouts.
