“I normally don’t review a restaurant after one visit, but Marzano was exceptional. It’s an approachable fine dining experience. The staff was great, and definitely give the impression that they genuinely care about your visit. We took a chance on the appetizer special, and were very happy that we stepped outside our comfort zone (Traditional Venetian antipasto of marinated salt cod on squid ink polenta cakes paired with whipped ciccione crostini, sour cherries and hazelnuts). The lasagna bolognese and carbonara were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the last. I’ve never had better.“

“Celebrated a birthday date night and first time dining here. Great ambiance with fantastic service. (Thank you Jordan). We called ahead and made reservations. The table was decorated with a long stemmed red rose and a birthday card. Our meal was so delicious! Cocktails, starters, dinner and dessert were pure perfection! Thank you chef(s). “10/10 would recommend Spilled Butter Desserts to ANYONE & EVERYONE. We have used SBD for both our wedding and baby shower, and soon our daughter’s first birthday party! Bri has created the most beautiful wedding cake that I could’ve ever imagined. We gave her freedom on design, with our colors, and it turned out amazing. She provided both amazing dessert spreads for both of our events, and they tasted amazing. For our wedding, she even put two desserts of each aside for both my husband and I to enjoy post wedding (at our request), but didn’t with no complaint. She offers delivery services of the desserts on the day of occasion, at a fee, but well worth the fee because it took the stress off of us because wedding days are hectic as is, and she even set up our spreads! I can’t recommend her enough. She is quick with replies, and very professional. She also is just overall the best. She loves what she does, and you can tell. ♥️“

“Went for a quick breakfast the other day. This place is dangerous in the most predictable way. You go in thinking one doughnut, then you see the case, then your self ontrol quietly leaves through a side door. Good selection, fun spot, and definitely the kind of place that makes discipline feel optional, especially if you already live up in Lakeland Hills and have no excuse. Go with a plan or accept your fate.“

“My typical order is the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The grilled cheese reminds me of the classic grilled cheese from my childhood, and the American cheese they use tastes very similar to Kraft. The workers are always so friendly and recognize their regulars, which makes the experience even better. Love them!“

“My husband and I both got the 12 Burger. Soo delicious! The PB and jelly on the burger, with bacon and cheese. Best combo ever!! Only thing I would improve on was more jam. Asked for more, little too late, burger was 75% gone but was accommodated nonetheless. Def made a big improvement, even though it was delicious anyway. Cooked perfectly, as well. The fries were crisp and the garlic aioli was tasty! The service was friendly and efficient! Def will be back!!“

“A classic diner with all day breakfast and tasty American staples. Serves mostly older clients which makes for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere making it perfect for both relaxing solo dining and casual weekend lunch with friends. Lovely deserts that I'd recommend even if you're only getting them to go.“

“This review is based off of the one time I've gone. I went after work with my colleagues, they stayed and had their food, I got mine to go. All of them enjoyed their dishes. When I got home and ate my food, I was very surprised.
Because of where I live, I eat a lot of Vietnamese food. This place was definitely different. First of all, the staff were very nice. Secondly, the noodle salad was unlike others I've had. The highest praise goes to the shrimp. I've never had a shrimp roll as good as this was. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back to try more dishes. I understand the hype now.“

Not only did I enjoy the best martini I’ve ever had (make sure you take Payton’s recommendation and order the Gunpowder Gin), but the food was delectable. We started with the Formosa Roll and enjoyed the shrimp tacos and steak. The Formosa Roll was savory and spicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked for the tacos and the steak came with potato spirals that I didn’t know I needed in my life, but absolutely do! A true gem of Tacoma, bravo Eric and team!“

Our party of 4 each got something completely different and everyone was very pleased. I got a salad with chicken, cranberries, apples, and candied pecans. Everything was super-fresh and crisp. Service was great - attentive without being intrusive, and on top of all needs.“

“Food is good, no complaints. Close to several bases so it's conveniently placed. Tables were clean when I was here as were the floors. Overall, solid 4/5. Soda machine had some drinks that were not working so I didn't put 5/5.

“The night crew here kelsey Danny and I think she said the guys name is Nathan maybe? But that is the DREAM TEAM. They are ALL so nice AND FUNNY! Usually u dont go to a subway for the vibes u go because your hungry. Well I almost want to go back just because of the people that work there. Hands down the best crew I have ever seen there. And the best Sub I've had in a while too. Thanks guys for being people that shine your light on others and so effortlessly at that. Truly restoring my faith in humanity seeing people being kind to EVERYONE for no reason other than they wanted to. 😊“

I told her about a mishap at our previous hotel involving mustard and a dessert and this is what she surprised me with a super sweet gift when we left! We’ll definitely be back!“
